Dr. Pollard is snide, rude, and insensitive. I wonder why he ever became a doctor.

The multiple doctors and nursing staff treating my child over a very short period did not communicate well between each other, and do not listen to your concerns as a parent.

This clinic's policies force them to lack compassion for families with limited insurance policy coverage/income.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!

Dr. Pollard has been the best physician my family has experienced. We lucked out and were assigned to his clinic when our daughter was born in 1994. Dr. Pollard has been professional and caring, addressing each of my personal fears, questions, and concerns with patience and understanding.
Dr. Pollard was thorough in explaining why my children don't need antibiotics for viruses, and when I was feeling inadequate in my parenting abilities, Dr. Pollard actually gave me a book to help me along.

I felt like Dr. Pollard was a little dry and hard to relate to. I felt that he was a little rushed during the appointment. However, I do like seeing the Nurse Practioner. She is very friendly and helpful. The office staff has been great with sending me records every time I request copies of things over the phone. The Saturday and after hours clinic is very convenient, however one time I walked in a couple minutes before opening I was chastised for being early and told that the door was not supposed to be open. I thought that was rude especially since I was holding a sick baby and it was cold outside.

I grew up going to this doctor. Although I was not that impressed with this doctor I took my first son there when he was born. With not having any children of his own he cannot relate very well. When he was about a year old we took him to woodcreek and been there ever since. She calls and checks up on them and gave advice that no one else can give unless they have kids.

I personally didn't like this DRs office. I took my 2nd son their shortly after he was born and they where great. Then when I took him back for his third appointment they told me that he was no longer in the system because of his insurance and that they could not see him that day. They waited until I was already in the office before they informed me of this problem. I could have gotten it sorted out in the hours before my appointment. Then when I went in to get my sons paperwork for his new DRs they told me that I would have to pay a fee for them to release anything to me. A fee for my own childs medical records (that was 2 pages because he was a newborn), and as I was argueing this point the receptionist got very nasty with my, told me she would give me a copy of his shot records, but the rest was my own problem.
Then when my son was over a year old they sent me a postcard telling me that they hadn't seen me in a while and wanted to make my son his 1 year appointment. I was not impressed with this after they told me that they would no longer see him.

We began using Evergreen when our daughter was born at Good Samaritan and the physicians were attending at the hospital. We were so impressed with their attentiveness that we have continued to use the office for the past (nearly) six years.

Dr.'s Pollard and Russell are both extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as their staff of support personnel. Telephone messages are returned in a timely manner and the reception staff is efficient at working in a sick child for a last minute visit. We have never had the office call and cancel an appointment, and we have never been kept waiting for more than a moment or two past our appointment time. This was the most striking example of office efficiency compared to our previous pediatricians office.

The office is clean and has toys for the kids to play with while waiting. I don't have enough good things to say about the caring and professional staff. I have recommended them to friends, and don't hesitate to refer them to anyone. Further, they offer a late hours and Saturday clinic in the office space below them, staffed by the same personnel should you not be able to make traditional office hours or have a suddenly sick child

PROS: No excessive waits for appointment times, courteous, clean office
CONS:
