John F. Zummo Jr, DDS

With three kids (ages 4-11) I've been through several dentists but I've been with Dr. Zummo for around 3 years now and we aren't going anywhere. I've had to deal with everything: kid drama, cavities, tooth extractions for braces-you name it. Dr. Zummo and his whole staff have been nothing but professional.

My 4 year old daughter was referred by a dentist and had her cavities taken care of by Dr. Zummo, my daughter had her cavities filled and loves going to the dentist which says a lot!Dr. Zummo is great with kids!

Dr. Zummo's been great at developing a realistic plan to treat the teeth of my children. I love the office and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Dr. John Zummo - in a word EXCELLENT. Very patient orientated, great chair side manner, quite funny and also has no ego.

I have been nervous about taking my two year old for his first dentist visit since he got his first tooth... and that was a year an a half ago! When I go to see him no nerves or anything; he listens to you and does all you ask. He is the best pediatric dentist.

My kids are excited to go every time! The staff is young and very friendly, and Dr. Zummo was very warm, accomodating and put me at ease.

Dr. Zummo is a really good and honest dentist. I have been a foster parent to special needs children for almost five years now, and Dr. Zummo has always been our dentist. Almost all of my foster kids have behavioral and emotional problems. Dr. Zummo and his girls always go above and beyond to ease any fears they have. Dr. Zummo is very caring, and he even called to check on my kids after they had work done where they were sedated. I trust him completely.

This is the experience that all children and their parents should get to encounter when going to a pediatric dentist!!!! From the moment we arrived,up until leaving, everyone genuinely treated us with a very caring and fun-loving attitude! As a parent, what I appreciated was that they recommended that it is best for most kids, when parents wait out, but they gave me the option, nothing was written in stone! You could tell that Dr. Zummo and his staff had a long time of experience in this field! Dr. Zummo was very informative, and I felt as though all of my concerns were addressed. Dr. Zummo was so nice with my children, he scored big points with them! Especially at the end of our visit when I had to go to the back to make them leave, Dr. Zummo was back there playing arcade video games with them!!!! It was a wonderful experience, and my children were sooooooo happy! They keep asking me...is it time to go back to Dr. Zummo's yet?!!!!!! :o)

I am usually happy each and every visit. But now I know why parents are not allowed back there OSHA and Joint Commission should be given a call. Staff was very rude when called out about their lack of aseptic technique. Nothing was in a sterile package and staff walked in and out of rooms back to childrens mouths without changing gloves. The amount of time the practice has been opened this should be second nature but instead it has become a nonchalant past time. This is truly unacceptable and I will never reccomend or bring my child back again.

This is an office that I will never recommend and will never go there again....The office is dark and gloomy...the staff was not rude but they did not welcome you either...the Doctor talks to all of his patients in the hall way...so EVERY ONE knows what is going on in your mouth in the waiting room. I would not tell my worst enemy to go here.

Dr. Zumo Is excellent, but his office staff is not really friendly. The staff gave us a wrong appointment and on the appointment'date she only told us go back to home and call again to make another appointment. When I got home and try to make another appointment by phone, the staff told me I have to pay $15 for the wrong appointment. I think the lady should pay more attention to her job, how come gave me a wrong appointment? waste my time and still wants to charge $15 for the office's mistake? Everbody makes a mistake, however, I think Dr. Zumo's office staff didn't own up to it and her attitute is not right.

Had a wonderful experience and my children thought Dr.Zummo was "AWESOME"! Fast paced office but excellent service. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

I recently took my child to Dr. Zummo for a toothache and I have never been more impressed with a Dentist. The service was outstanding and the staff was nice. Overall awesome experience!

I have gone to this office 3 times so far, and each time it has been the same thing(bad service). The doctor is rude to parents and children. He doesn't allow you to go with your children. The staff is rude, and I even saw one of the front office ladies verbally fighting with a parent. I will never return to this office.

I have gone in to Dr. Zummo's office lately and it is awful. He is rude and rushes you out the door. His staff is rude. I will definitely not go back there anytime soon.

Dr. Zummo really caters to young children. His office has games in the waiting room and videos you can watch while in the dental chair. He even has a tooth fairy hotline that children can call and hear a story from the tooth fairy. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
