Fundraiser Tips - Team in Training

Maximize Your Team in Training Fundraiser!

Of all the Team in Training participants that have participated in Insider Pages Fundraisers, a few have stood out from the rest. By following a few suggestions we have learned from these participants, you can maximize your Fundraiser's proceeds.

Tips From Successful Team in Training Fundraisers:

  • Set your start date two weeks out to allow time to promote your Fundraiser to your supporters before the Fundraiser begins
  • Ask your supporters to pledge a number of reviews in lieu of monetary donations
  • Post the link to your Fundraiser on your Team in Training Fundraiser page and your Social Networking profile pages
  • Invite supporters, friends and family from around the country to participate. Anyone over 18 can participate
  • Email the link to your Fundraiser to your work, friends or alumni mailing lists
  • Post photos of yourself in your Team in Training uniform on your profile
  • Send a press release, using the template we will provide, to your local newspapers or other media outlets
  • Get your friends together and have a review writing party.
