My excitement over this school can not really be contained in words. There is NOTHING I do not like about this school. The teachers are caring and patient and the director and assistant director are doing AMAZING things with and for this school...
China Buffet
One of the few places that I have found that can make GOOD egg drop soup. Then again there isnt anything that I have tried from here that I havent liked. They have a great buffet and they always have my take out order ready within the quoted time if notbefore. Reasonable prices and really friendly service.
Out-The Closet Thrift Stores
This is the nation's biggest retail fundraiser for HIV medical care. Their thrift stores generate 30,000 donations and nearly 1 million shoppers a year. You'll find things you need and things you just have to have. Out of the Closet displays new items every day, so theyre great for treasure hunting. They have even received donations from major film studios and celebrities like Elizabeth Taylor, Bruce Willis and Carol Burnett. You never know what you'll find.
*In addition to normal retail operations, several of their stores also offer free HIV testing in a private area of the store.
Bellefontaine Nursery
This nursery has a nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants and needed plant accesories and the friendliest staff and owners. They helped me with everything, I didnt have to lift a thing which is nice for someone with a bad back. They were beyond patient with me and all my questions regarding the best possible plant care.

Maggie of the breastfeeding center is truely amazing! My son wouldnt take it from me and only the bottle...Maggie made it so that he only wanted me and not the bottle. It was the most magical bonding and Maggie made is possible. I couldnt begin to thank her for allowing me to have had this magical connection with my son.

Im addicted to Starbucks but this place is just as good. They have great blended specialties and a nice variety of pastries. Its too bad there isnt more of them around otherwise I would go there more often and not just when Im in Pasadena.
Claro's Italian Market
Ive been going to this store since as long as I can remember. They have everything Italian you could possibly imagine and even saw dust on the floor! They have unbelieveably great prices and a really great selection. I go during lunch a couple of times a week to have them specially make me a sub sandwich...Subway cant touch it!

Referals are really the best way of finding good businesses. As usual my opinion on referals isnt wrong. This dentist is soo friendly and patient I too dont ever want to see another dentist. Not to mention the office was sooo clean you could have lunch on its floor.
