Lashes and lashes, this is my kind of place. Relaxing and clean and FRIENDLY staff. Fair prices and great parking. I leave feeling BEAUTIFUL. What more can a stressed out girl hope for? Plus Powder Keg is down the street, where you an meet your friends for a glass of wine.
Tess is fabulous. She knows that will look good, and she listens to what you want. The best place to go for haircuts in our area, by far.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
This place is good, never too busy. The prices just went up a bit, but it is still one of the best cheap Chinese places around.
Worth going to, for sure. Good parking.
PROS: Chow Fun, eggplant dishes
CONS: Prices went up
menu is not bad, parking is good. Menu is rather heavy, but some lighter options. Greenhouse room on the side is pleasant. We had Christmas dinner there and it was great. Prices are ok. It's a better choice in Pinole, which isn't saying a lot, but it is good.
CONS: menu is a little small
Old timey, great breakfasts, but wait can be as long as an hour or so. But it's old-faashioned and worth checking out.
Parking is easy. Good reading materials while you are waiting.
Most of the time the food and service are fine. But when you're with a group of two or more, something is bound to go wrong at the Dead Fish. It's just a guarantee: wrong wine, charged twice for wine, way under-cooked steak, a strange tortilla in lieu of croutons on the Caesar...and they charge a lot for being so full of mistakes. But it's the nicest joint in the area.
PROS: mostly good food, great views
CONS: mistakes, pricey
This is a good, honest, straightfoward attorney. He is very helpful with estate planning.
His prices are fair, too. He has been in business for more than thirty years. He has a lot of expertise in his areas. He is friendly as well. He keeps good records and is very reliable.
Very polite, too.
He knows about wills and real estate. It's a one man practice, so it's only himself. But for small jobs, he is great. My family has used him for years.
What I like about Kaiser is that they are always open. You can see a doctor whenever you may need too. Further, the pharmacy is right there, too.
Lately Kaiser has made efforts to provide classes for preventive medicine also. It really needs to provide more information on nutrition, too.
It charges more for emergency room visits now too. Further, even if you have "full coverage" your hospital visits may cost as much as $200.00 per day.
The staff, doctors and nurses are usually friendly and patient. One or two doctors over the years have been really annoying (rude, odd behavior) but you can get than any place.
The downside of Kaiser is that it is very expensive.
I would take Kaiser over any other plan any day. That is, as long as I could afford to do so.
