A cozy salon with great prices on Redken, Joico, Paul Mitchell products displayed easy to shop right in the store window. Sharon Bates and Mary Cota are listed as stylists in the local listing and I don't recall any past experiences with them, but try them out and post another recommendation with their name if you have a good time...or try to book an appointment with the owner, Yvonne Davies-CIntron, I remember she was usually very busy and that's a good sign!
I remember when the building now occupied by this stylish salon was a church and the only reason to be in the area was the bar next door. When Gary opened Bamboo years ago, I always got a great cut and color. Now go to Brad for some funky style, he does my friends hair for years now and we always love it! Check out their new stylists and stay in the neighborhood for some dinner and live music next door at the Brewhouse after a day of beauty at Bamboo. You'll feel great outside with a cold one in hand and be glad you came.
Very satisfactory work for routine maintenence. Not sure how service is with large or tricky jobs. Service person was courteous and prompt.
