Kids Town
This store carries a good selection of clothing for children. They don't carry name brands, but the clothes are so cute and affordable. have purchased clothes here in the past and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the items. The parking can be a hassle on the weekends, but during the week its ok.
Libreria Cristiana Ebenezer
There are not many christian book stores in my neighborhood and this is one place where you will find a good selection. They have bibles, books, pamplets, coloring books, children's books, as well as videos and other religious items. The store is small, but they do carry most bible stories and books. The downside is that the prices are a bit high.
Ace Kids
Ace kids is a small store and has some clothing items for children and babies. The selection is limited, but the items they do carry are very cute. If you like huge selection of children clothes then this might not be the store for you. I found a nice last minute gift for a birthday party I was going to and the little girl was very pleased.
Quiznos
This Photo studio offers many services such as reprints, film development, photograph sessions, film sales, etc. The prices and the quality are decent. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and can assist you with any questions you might have.
Buy Rite Stores
This store carries all kinds of clothing items for the children and adults. They carry underwear, socks, t-shirts, sweat shirts and sweat pants, and other casual wear. I have seen some of the lowest prices around town here at this store. It is ideal shopping if you are on a budget.
Cinco De Mayo
This is a great clothing store for men and the prices are not bad at all. They have shoes, jeans, shirts, slacks, accesories, and hats. The selection is quite large and they usually have most sizes for men. Meter parking can be limited on the weekends, but they also have parking behind the store.
Santana Shoes Co
Santana shoes has a good selection of shoes for the whole family. the prices are quite decent and they have good deals too. The store clerks are very helpful and nice. The store is located in the center of the shopping district on Pacific Blvd. Parking can be especially difficult on the weekends.
Patty's Juice
This local juice bar is one of the best in the city. The prices are reasonable and it is well worth paying for the quality that you are getting. The fruit is fresh and prepared to order. The customer service is good and they will make you feel right at home. Also, try their other great health foods.
Fashion Mart
This a small clothing store located near downtown L.A. The clothes are made locally in the garment industry and sold directly to the public, eliminating the middle man. That is why clothing are cheaper than in most fashion stores around the city. The clothes are usually trendy and what you might find in stores.
Gage Middle School
Gage Jr high is a one of the middle schools that the city of Huntington Park has. It is located in a low income area and the population is mostly latino. I have attended this school myself and it is not the greatest at all. The staff is not as recommendable as they should be, which is what other peers and I agree about this school. I would not send my children to this school.
