'P.F. Chang's'
I am a big fan of P.F. Chang's. They have great vegetarian options (always important to me and my friends), and everything is consistently good. For appetizers, they tout the lettuce rolls. I particularly like the vegetarian spring rolls and the pan fried dumplings. Everything on the menu is fantastic, and make SURE you save room for the great wall of chocolate (it will serve 2 or 3) for dessert.
In addition to the food, the service has alway sbeen very good. The only drawback is that the wait can sometimes be 2 hours. They do take reservations, though, so if possible call ahead in the morning for reservations for dinner.
