Tire Exchange
I used to praise the song of Les Schwab, but recently got disappointed. I called the store in Seattle and asked for used tires for a car I was borrowing. I was told they could "fix me up" for only $250.00 for two front tires. We are talking, two tires, not four.
I found The Tire Exchange on Insider Pages and drove over there. I got two beautiful condition two front tires and Mr. Freymuller worked faster than any Daytona 500 support team, changing my tires in less than 20 minutes. For $68.00 I am thrilled. Not only does my car run better because he gave me a superior tire, I was thrilled with the service. This is a great place without getting taken to the cleaners!
Elliott Tires
I made an appointment to get my sad tires rotated and two replaced. I brought my car in at 11am and the person at the desk said it would be ready in two hours. I told him at the time, I had something planned that afternoon. At 1:30 I called and they said it would be done within the hour. At 2:45 I called and said "we'll call you when its done". I finally went down to the store, 5 hours later at 4pm to find out the car had not even been looked at. I was late for a work assignment and when asked some common courtesy of why the car hadn't been done, they handed me the keys.
This is very poor customer service Not sure Elliott Tires doesn't think that they need business but thankfully Les Scwab tires knows what customer service represents to future customers. When relaying my experience to another person, they said "oh don't you know about them? I got ripped off on some tires, they charged me a lot of money for something I didn't need".
Too bad Elliott Tire does not understand one bad customer can raise havoc to as many as 70 potential customers.
Kai Mortgage
As a banking rep I worked with a lot of mortgage brokers. Some good, some not so good. But Kai Mortgage is really at the top for customer service, professionalism and their all around product knowledge and line. They are great. Highly recommended.
Ari Alhadeff - Merit Financial
I know of Ari Alhadeff from being in the banking business. I was impressed that he brings to the table years of experience with residential mortgage lending. He's very professional and knows his business.
Dennis Brown Windermere
I wrote about Murphy Brown, the class act of real estate in Seattle. But its worth mentioning the Dennis Brown part of the team. Dennis is not just a very professional realtor he knows mortgages as well. Its not his business, houses is, but its nice when your realtor knows the money part of the transaction and Dennis was in the mortgage industry previously and brings that knowledge to this great team.
Murphy Brown Team Prudential
I love Dan Murphy as a realtor. He is probably one of the most fun and pleasant realtors in Seattle. You know you are in good hands when they put their very classy signs up on your listing. Everyone will notice this is not just a run of the mill realtor. He is exceptional.
Whether your property is big or small, he'll make it look like a mansion.
Michael Young John L Scott
Michael Young at John L. Scott is perhaps one of the most charming realtors in Portland.
He's a doll and works hard for his customers. I did a loan for one of his buyers and he was just great to work with.
Reid Martin
I met Reid Martin while working with one of his customers. In my business, a banker takes a lot of heat from the realtor. We must produce the money to make the deal happen. But Reid is a sweetheart. He was so great to work along side with and the customers loved him.
Scott Brown ReMax
I met Scott Brown while doing a loan for one of his customers. He is great. The customers couldn't stop talking about him and how hard Scott worked for them. They were very picky buyers but he just rolled with the punches and did an excellent job.
