This place has one of the best peanut sauces around. Spicy and sweet. I love this place located at the bottom of Queen Anne you can't miss the purple building. One of Seattles best cheap eats. Try the bamboo chicken it is tasty. The staff is nice and Thai. The decor is not very Thai but I come here for good food and not the decor.
Capital hill is the young hip spot for all the sub 30 adults. What better way to spend the evening then seeing a movie on broadway (Seattle that is). Coffee shops galore and a few pandhandlers but still a great location for that Seattle flavor. Prices are in line with any major movie venue.
Warning prices are extreme just like the parking. Nothing upsets me more than paying 9$ X 2 for a movie 20$ for some food and then 6$ for parking. Sure its a great location but the total package just cost to much for sub par small screen movies. I can imagine they wanted to make this PAcific 20. 20 movies and 20 seats in each theatre.
Nothing is better than watching a 10 story movie screen that wraps around you. The signature film here is is "The Eruption of Mount St. Helens" Washington history with a current note. Not to be missed considering the recent events. All kinds of cool flicks Titanic even the Matrix on a rare blue moon.
I love this place state of the art viewing for every great release. I would not spend my money any place else for a big movie release. There is only one place to see Star Wars Revenge of the Sith big sound big screen big seats the works. Tickets can get a little crazy but they have 12am showings for the party crowd.
I do not know how many times I have to go to Bartells to get first aid for my younger brother. Bandages pills hydrogen peroxide and ice packs. They have it all with a friendly "older" staff. The have most of the day to day goodies for just a tad more than your local supermarket.
Tourists and seagulls entertain each other during happy hour, when drinks and meals are whipped up in a jiffy.. Many a drunken ferryman have grubbed on this tasty fair. The clam chowder is awsome!!!. Very creamy and loaded with seafood goodness. Don't forget the fries for the gulls.
This place is great shopping loads of old antiques and ancient arcade games. All manners of crafty do dads and nic nacks. This place is great for something different and the it is located on the waterfront so the view is free. The pier it is on also has the original Ivars (See review)
I hate this place it is full of SUV driving snobs. I do not know if it is because it is so close to Microsoft or the highlands but this place just rubs me the wrong way. Everytime I am there I find another reason to not like the place. Full of high priced stores selling stuff you can get at import ! for 1/3 the cost.
I love it's asthetic atmosphere. Southcenter Mall has a large variety of large and small shops for every type of spender. Would love to see a movie theater or other recreational establishment added. But at least it has a rain forest.
