McDonalds is a nice, but fattening place to eat. They have a wide selection of fast foods you can choose from, from breakfast, to lunch, to kind of a dinner. Their workers are mostly young and energetic and seem like kids who just need some money to get by. Their food isn't the greatest McDonalds I've tasted, but its pretty good. But their drive thru service is awesome, very fast and responsive to my orders.
Petsmart has two meanings. Pets mart, which is true because they have stuff for just about every kind of pet you might have at home. And Pet Smart, because this is truely a smart place to shop at. They are like the Walmart of the pet stores with low prices and great selection. They also have an assortment of pets you can buy and sometimes have specials on bundles of pets and supplies.
This place is an awesome spot to get some great dog supplies and food. They have a lot of really unique treats that my dog loves and they are healthy and not too expensive either. I usually go here to buy all the cleaning stuff so I can give my dog a bath. The service is really nice and I can tell they love dogs, so I don't feel weird when I drop by with my dog sometimes.
This is the animal shelter that I got my dog from a few years ago. Its a great idea to get a dog from the shelter because you'll help keep population controlled and you'll get a nice pet. This place has some of the cutest pets, I can't believe they were abandoned or stray. Its worth the drive and worth the time to help out a sad animal by taking it out of the shelter.
This store is basically heaven for kids. Even I still find interest in a lot of the areas of the store. They have a great selection of toys from dolls to bicycles to even weird items like build-it-yourself slime kits. But the majority of it is very fun and I'm sure some kid would love to play with it. Whenever I go, it never seems outdated or old and there are always new things to toy around with. Toys R Us is somewhere any parent should take their kid.
Its pretty interesting of what you can find in a 99 cent store. They actually have some pretty nice stuff for that amount of money. This place isn't exactly the best 99 cent store ive been to, but they stay true to their name. You can grab some near expired candy or ice cream and a nice coloring book, or go all out and buy a paper thin shirt. What do you expect? Its 99 cents.
I don't have a membership to Sam's Club myself, but I have gone with other people and must say, its a great store. They have some amazing wholesale prices and even sell some stuff that usually can't be found at wholesale places. Since they are part of WalMart, I actually was able to use some store credit interchangably, which is awesome. Sam's Club is a great wholesale store for those who might not have a Costco nearby.
Smart and Final is like a smaller version of the bigger warehouse stores, with almost the same pricing without the hassle. No membership, no contracts, nothing, just pure savings. I usually only go here to buy food, but their other stuff is pretty cheap as well. Its a nice store to go to if you don't shop enough to go wholesale, but want to save the money you would if you did.
Costco has been the place my family shops at since forever. The warehouse pricing on everything has kept us coming back to get everything we need, in huge bulk amounts. its the type of place you can get 10 bars of soap for the price of 2 at any other store. The membership price isn't anything when you compare how much you save, especially if you add in the great savings on gas.
The Burlington Coat Factory isn't the best store for clothing, but they do happen to have some cheap prices on certain stuff. Most importantly, they live up to their name and sell some great coats. They have a huge selection and sell it really cheap, supposedly at warehouse prices. How could you complain from that? The store isn't exactly the cleanest either, but just go there for coats and you'll be okay.
