Party City is the place I always get costumes for halloween at. They have really really cheap pricing for some decent costumes that are unique and fun to be in. They have stuff for the whole family and I usually find more than just a costume to buy when I go there. Its basically a great place to buy anything for a party or special event. This place is cool!
The Mens Wearhouse is a really nice place to buy a suit for business or special occasions. They have really good pricing and usually specials for multiple purchases. You can get yourself a sophisticated look without having to break out the bank. The only problem is the organization of the store, I had some trouble finding my size and style.
Now a days, Tweeter isn't exactly a big name compared to other contenders. Their store is very nice and they do offer lots of home entertainment options, but it seems like their main focus now are car stereo systems. They usually have really good pricing on car systems and often have radio commercials advertising their specials. They used to be a lot better, but I guess they are starting to suffer from old age.
RadioShack isn't exactly totally an electronics store, but they do have electronics. I usually go here for the parts they have though. If you are a radio control enthusiast or like to play with electronics and circuitry, this place has everything you might need if you mess up. I got some replacement spark plugs for my R/C and found some really cheap rechargable batteries last time I went.
I can drop by here to get some really good gas prices and really good food at the same time (just avoid the hot dogs). They have everything that usual 7 Elevens have, but they just seem to have a better vibe with me than the others. They re friendly, assertive and I have no trouble finding anything in there. I always go there to buy my magazines and get a slurpee.
This Circle K is the type of convenience store you can walk into, think of nothing but the food you want to buy, and walk out happily with them. Thats it, theres nothing else to it. Its nothing special, but its nothing bad either. They are a decent store that gets their job done, making it convenient to get food. Its a nice place to grab an ICEE if you want, but not much other than that.
This place would be a decent store if it had some sanitation. You can seriously see some dust on the floor when you come in, theres poor lighting, even the cashiers don't exactly look too clean. I mean, they have stuff you could buy and put into your body, but I sure wouldn't. This place is nasty, and I'll just keep it at that.
I've been shopping at baskin robbins since I was a kid. Its basically a tradition to go there to get our birthday cakes. They make some delicious ice cream at some pretty decent pricing (2 quarts for 5 bucks) and offer some interesting flavors. You can always go for a free sample of the latest flavor and the staff is really energetic.
This is the best 7 Eleven I have ever been to. When I walked in, I got a friendly greet by the cashier and I had no trouble finding something good to eat. The food is actually fresh and replaced everyday and I also found some cool mexican themed foods there too (not as many at others). The cashier even gave me a free cookie with my purchase. What more could you ask for?
Circle K isnt too big around this area. Its kind of like the cheaper version of 7 Eleven. The stuff is cheaper (in quality), the food isn't as great, and the store is in so-so shape. Its not exactly as great as other convenience stores i've gone to, but I guess they get their job done and manage to do decently if they are still open today. You can pump up some gas there while youre there, so its not tooo bad.
