I receive a bill every 6 months and it seems as if each time it gets lower. I get prompt customer service each time I call or come by the location. I am so glad to have Geico as my car insurance provider.
I joined a gym for the first time ever and thought Gold's Gym would be for me. I was very disappointed. The first 6 weeks I was entered into the face-to-face program where they put you with a personal trainer to help you. I was scheduled an appointment weekly but 4 out of 6 times the trainer didn't show. What was I t think? I then had to reschedule again, very frustrating. I was forced to relocate to a different state for my schooling and notified the main office. It stated on the contract that if I moved over 100 miles away from any of the 3 local gyms in my current contracted area then my contract would be cancelled without any penalties/credit reportings and difference refunded. Not the case. They kept billing my bank account for the monthly amount and I notified them to stop. I never got me $184 back that they took from me after cancellation of contract.
I asked for drop in service for my son only for a week and they said they were glad to have him. It was a short paperwork process and it was very affordable for me. Everday when I picked my son up, he was smiling and very content. I knew they were doing a great job. They had excellent meals and nice cots for my son to sleep on. The step-by-step day was very structured and the teachers were awesome to speak with. I will always keep this location in mind when making recommendations to friends/family.
My car needed a transmission rebuild and it was very costly as you might imagine. The manager was willing to work out a payment plan with me. After contactingother transmission centers for quotes on the same repair, they were much lower than Cottman's. I shared this with the manager and he matched the lowest price. It took them 4 days to fix my car. They were very short of staff was their reason. The following week after getting my car back, I noticed red fluid leaking from under my car. I saw it was coming from the transmission gasket area. I took it back and they said they had to keep it another 2 days for repair. They refused to pay for me a rental car for these extra 2 days. I got my car back again and a few days later my car stopped shifting. They were supposed to have installed a new shift kit so I had it towed back in for inspection at my expense. They reported it was there and didn't now why the car stopped shifting. If they would have done it right from the beginning non of this would have happened. I had faulty and dishonest repair service. I will never return. I filed complaints to their corporate office and sadly never received response.
Everytime I come to this place, the staff are smiling and willing to help. I don't have to tip the grocery boys and they stick my groceries in my car for me. Publix carries the best and most fresh produce than any other supermarket in the area. The store is always organized and clean. My son can get a free cookie in the bakery to keep him occupied during my weekly shopping. Being kid-friendly wins me over everytime. I love this Publix and hope it stays around forever.
I purchased a $50 bra thinking it would last me a long time, wrong! I got a defective one.The underwire popped out after 3 weeks of wear. I called the location and they told me to bring it on in. The manager inspected it then allowed me to exchange it for a brand new one, no questions asked. This made me very happy and they now have a customer for life.
I have been going to this location for years now and have to say that I always will. The customer service is outstanding and they fix computers so quickly that you'll be amazed. The prices for service and parts are typical but you can always rely on a job well done.There was an issue one time with a video card my husband had purchased for his computer and he called them; they said to bring it in for an exchange. Now thats good business!
I have been attending Tech for about a year now. I have to tell you, it is so rewarding and great. It has made me a better person. The staff are so very helpful and knowledgeble. They will do as much as they can to help you succeed. They're tuition rates are not crazy like other schools and the teachers are fun and understanding. I couldn't ask for a better education setting.
I like this place because I went in there needing a very expensive part for my car and the sales clerk told me the price. I asked hin if it was the best he could do and then he knocked 15% more off the price for me. It was so nice of him! They now have a customer for life.
I like Petsmart because everytime I go there, the customer service is excellent. The associates love my pets I bring in and love on them sincerely and give them treats they love. Their sales are really great and happen weekly. You can also sign up for their mailing list where they'll send you promotions and coupons etc. I choose this location against other chains because they have easy returns and low prices on the things I buy on a regular basis.
