Stevens County Title
I give high marks to this title company. I have found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I dealt with them. However, it has been a few months since I've been there - and now that one of the people I dealt with has retired it's hard to say if they will still be as good.
Haney Lumber & Supply
We have done business with Haney for thirty years now, and we've been impressed with their service. They carry high quality things - no junk. They are willing to order anything that they don't already have on hand, and also they have a very good delivery service - very fair prices for delivery, and the last
time we ordered something they even brought it a day early.
Sun Rental Ctr
Sun Rental has very fair, reasonable prices and good service overall. They
actually do a lot more than just equipment rentals, too - I had a lawnmower
repaired by them, and they did a good, quick job on it. I have also bought
wood-chips from them, and they were good chips at a reasonable price.
Norm's Auto Repair
Norm's Auto Repair is where we go most often when we need maintenance or repair done on a car. He does a good job and has fair prices. He seems very honest, and that is especially nice. I feel like I can trust him more than some of the other car rental places I have been in town.
A Automotive
A-Automotive has been very friendly and helpful when we needed work done on a
car. We even know people who live near the owner and when they need to get a
car fixed, the owner is willing to pick up the car on his way to work, fix it,
and bring it back to them on his way home.
Northwest Map & Travel Book
Northwest Maps carries a really great selection of maps. I have been able to find a lot of good maps here to use for exploring northeastern Washington as they carry detailed topographical maps, trail maps, county maps and a wide variety of other things including maps on CD-ROMs. They can order what they dont already have, too.
Pedersens Ski & Sports
Pedersens has a pretty good selection of bikes and related equipment, especially for their size. They are just a small shop inside the Northtown Mall, so they dont have as much space as a big store would. They have a good selection of quality shoes, clothes, biking gear, etc, though, so its worth checking out if you find yourself in the Northtown Mall.
Wild Waves
It has been a while since we have been here, but we used to take our kids here
whenever we came to the coast or Seattle area and they always loved it. There
are a lot of different rides and activities for kids of all ages to enjoy here,
and they also have big slides and things like that too.
