I had to sell my dad's house for him and the closing was at the re max office. When I had a complication with some of the fine points later, I called to get it straightened out. The agent immediately got on the phone and fixed the issue without acting like I was a pain. I was so relieved.
The service is great and the prices are good but the food is very ordinary. I am not sure that they put salt in the scambled eggs. Lots of people meet here but it's not for the food. It is a very friendly place with good service. The location is easy to reach for travelers, being right on Route One. For conveince, it can't be beat.
I go here when I want a good selection for my brunches. There is even a pastry for people who are lactose intolerant. They don't list it as such but I did some research. It's the one called a cobblestone. It is delicious but for people who don't have to worry about that, the cherry danish and the croissants are also good. You can also get sandwiches and salads for lunch here.
PROS: Lots of selection
I always get the Stolen Menu sandwich. Its a combination of spinach, grilled onions and lots of other yummy things made on the grill. You will love it. It's nice to have a good local cafe. We can go there on Sunday mornings and hang out. There is a beautiful case full of pastries as well as a full breakfast menu.
PROS: Yummy food
CONS: a little slow
My house was built in 1987 by the father of the present owner. So were all the 48 other houses in my neighborhood. We have all had to constantly fix our houses ever since. The cheapest possible materials were used. The windows had to be beaten to open, the siding was the subject of a class action law suit for being substandard and on and on. I fervently hope that the new owner realizes how much this kind of carelessness affects peoples lives and is more considerate.
These people go the extra mile. My dad is an Alzheimer's patient who got his glasses from them. They were very patient and understanding during his fitting. Since then they have had to do several adjustments to his glasses since then and only charge a minimal fee. They have great service and can explain all the possible choices for your new glasses.
PROS: Great Service
They don't do a lot of phony pumping up of their prices. For a year after we bought our van, the price we paid still seemed good. There is nothing worse than that, "Oh, We just got ripped off" feeling so I was happy with our purchase. I would recommend them highly. They get a lot of just off lease vehicles so you will have a lot of choice.
This is not a fancy school by any means but my daughter just transfered there and is feeling welcomed. The students and professors so far has stepped right up to say Hi and to make an effort to get to know her. It would have been very easy for her to feel like an out sider as a second sememster transfer but that has not happened. The dorm look awful on the outside(Portland Hall) and is pretty beat up on the inside but the rooms are large and come with the micro fridge.
We have been using Rhodes for our properites for 15 years and have been very satisfied. When I call to make an appointment, I don't usually have to wait long. They show up on time and when there is a complicated problem, they will figure it out. These guys know what they are doing and have been at it for a long time. Their rates are the same as other local plumbers.
We took our Ford Windstar to Yudy's for it's entire 150,000 life span. They were great. They listened to what we thought and observed about what was wrong with the car. They were careful to give us a good estimate befor they went ahead and fixed anything. When the van was getting older, we asked for mininal repairs because we were about to buy another and didn't want to put too much money in to it. They explained what was important for safety. Very good service.
