Broward Century Locksmiths Inc

I recently had a bunch of spare keys made for my house at Broward Century Locksmiths. I was waited on immediately after entering the store, by a nice, friendly gentleman. He was very polite to me during my transaction. After I got home I tried out the keys to make sure they all worked, and they all did. There are many times that after making copies of keys, I find that they don't work, and I then have to go back to have them re-cut. But at this establishment, I received fast, friendly service, and they did a great job at a reasonable price!

Deerfield Florist Inc

I recently had flowers sent to a friend of mine in the hospital that just had surgery. I went into their shop, found what I was looking for with some help from the sales clerk, and placed my order. My friend received the flowers the very next day and they were beautiful. I went to visit her in the hospital and saw the flowers for myself. They were gorgeous.

Desperately Seeking Seconds

I recently took many items of used clothing to this shop to have them sell them for me. I came back within the stated period of time to find that many of my items had sold! They gave me cash on the spot for all of my sold items. They are very organized and personable!

Secret Garden

I recently called Secret Garden, as I had a lot of clothing items that I wanted to sell by the consignment option. I asked them what sort of clothes they were looking for, and I was told 'everything'. I gathered up all my clothes with the help of my mother and loaded them all into the car. When I got there and displayed my clothes, I was told, "We're not looking for maternity clothes, shorts, t-shirts, baby clothes, bodysuite,s mens clothing..." They found one item that they were interested in reselling, but they said it wasn't worth it for them to open an account up with me for just one item!

PROS: none
CONS: waste of time....

Accurate Roofing & Maintenance

I recently had a leak at my house from the hurricanes last year, and hired Accurate Roofing to patch the leak. They showed up when they were supposed to, and fixed the job quickly. Since then, everytime it rains, I have inspected for leaks, and there haven't been any. Nice to see a company do the job correctly the first time around!

Dollar Tree

I love the Dollar Tree! I never walk out of this store empty-handed. There are always name brand products to be found that you can get at such a discount. There is a steady stream of merchandise always being unpacked, so no matter how often you shop there, there are new and different items to be found everyday.

PROS: everythings a dollar!
CONS: they don't accept coupons

Albertsons Supermarkets

I find that the prices in this Albertsons are much higher than at my local Winn Dixie's or Publix's. I have recently come into contact with some rude employees as well. The only good thing about this Albertsons is that they carry some items that other grocery stores don't. They don't like giving out rainchecks either. They act like they don't believe that they are out of a certain item, and they have an employee check the aisle to make sure they are REALLY out of the item. The Uscan machines beep at just about every coupon, even when you've purchased the exact item that the coupon is intended for!

PROS: great variety of items available
CONS: Prices are higher than other local grocery stores

Home Depot

Home Depot...they have it all! The employees are very knowledgable and they are very willing to help...you don't even have to ask for it! They will approach you and ask you if you need help. They have everything you could imagine for your home, and then some. You won't leave Home Depot empty-handed.

PROS: They have everything you need for your home
CONS: nothing bad, its an excellent store!

Payless Shoesource

Payless has a great selection of shoes, and great prices! They have quality shoes and sneakers for men and women and children, in many sizes and styles. I have the most common shoe size, and I never have a problem finding my size at my local Payless Shoe Store. The employees are always available for help, and they always let you know about the current promotions. If I can't find what I'm looking for, they will call the next closest store to see if they have it on hand!

PROS: Great selection, friendly service
CONS: none...great store!

Blockbuster Video

My neighborhood Blockbuster store is great! The employees are friendly and they are well-trained. If you can't remember the name of a movie you want to rent, the employees are really helpful. There is always a great selection of movies / games available to rent as well. If you can't find a movie that you're looking for, they will do some research to let you know if they carry that title.

PROS: helpful employees, convenient location
CONS: helps to have a coupon for rentals to lower price
