Sister store to a used clothes place , this store carries tons of odds and ends and frequent special finds all cheaper than new and sometimes in quite like new condition. When you need to furnish a room cheaply this is a great alternative to places where you buy new. Often some pieces can be gotten that day for next to nothing as they want to move them out for new inventory.

This small place carries alot of used clothes where you can find some precious gems if you take the time and sift through this weeks inventory as once some thing sells it is gone for good. Lots of fabulous cast offs hardly worn at wonderfully cheap prices.

We needed concrete for a repair and learned about this store and they came and poured the concrete when desired on time and they were friendly and cheaper than others. Great selection for all needs around a house renewal as well as repairs and overhauls. Decent alternative to the big box stores

This family owned florist/gift basket shop offers exceptional selections and custom crafted baskets for every possible occasion imaginable. Great choice of sizes and items included and everyone we ever sent one to raved about it after.

I used this store for a repair to a ring that broke and was very pleased so shop there now for their one of a kind creations. Not as large a selection as some stores but the depth and quality is there for you to see. Prices are ok. Service is great

This liquidator often has specials that are hard to beat but you need look around to ensure your price is the best around so take your time. Often deals arent deals and you need know prices things are sold for around town. Stocking sometimes is hit and miss so ask for a raincheck on items not in stock. Great seasonal specials so it pays to walk around now and again.

Factory Eyeglass Outlet

This outlet hasny got the hand holding as you are required to look on a long wall of frames for the ones you want to try on and buy but then the prices are fabulous and beat almost any local shop by far. They have a full service eye doctor for exams but youre best bringing in your prescription already made to choose the frames yourself. Expect to take your time since they dont really provide assistance in selections. You pick whats on wall today as tomorrow new things come in so if you like what you see grab it.

Whats always amazing about this local butcher shop is how you will see people who moved off Staten Island to NJ and return here just to shop for their meat needs at this butcher shop. They trim and cut meat just for you at the moment and are always willing to grind up something like veal burgers which they dont stock on request while you wait and shop. Good prices and selections.

With 4 large chain supermarkets on the Island we have a great selection and while you still need to read the specials for everyone to get the best prices that week for sales to stock up on this store usually has the best prices day to day on most items. Great customer service that always manages to assist you in your needs helps.

Hollywood Video

We like this video vendor alot since they are less costly and tend to stock the movies we love more often than the other guys. Lines are alot shorter too on a Friday night when we often rent so its easier in and out.
