This place is cute from the outside and looks inviting. They have a lunch menu with their highlighted specials. We were seated quickly and the service was good, we even had the manager as our waitor. They have this guy that comes and makes the guacamole fresh right in front of you, its pretty neat. I ordered a burrito and it was huge but very tasty. The inside of the restaurant is different. Some of the tables are hand painted and the walls have different paintings too. They have a wide varitety of food selections on their menu. Free chips and salsa are always a plus.
This restaurant/ bar just opened. I went there on a Friday night with some friends and it was pretty busy. You can get a table and grab some food and there is a full bar as well. I wanted to play a game of pool but it took forever to get a turn. It is a fun place but nothing special.
Went here for dinner. The food was really good. They have a variety of different sandwiches salads and soups for reasonable prices. They also have an amazing dessert and bakery selection. I would go back however the service was TERRIBLE. When we first walked in it was our first time and we had a question. The employees were talking to themselves and ignored us. Then when i tried to order what looked like the manager told me to go to another register. Then I ordered and clearly asked for a beverage with the meal, our food was brought to us without my beverage and I asked if i could please have it. The guy went back to the register then the girl that took my order said oh you didnt get a drink with your meal, and I said yes i asked you for one and she said well I didnt put it on there and walked away!!!! She didnt even offer to get me one or if i would like to purchase one or if i would like water. WOW i wont be going back even though the food was good
CONS: TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE
I went here in the third grade, my teacher was really big on teaching tolerance. I must say it has stuck with me my whole life. The museum is so moving. There is a fake gas chamber and they put you in there turn off the lights and close the doors you watch a movie. It really freaked me out and made me realize what people must have felt in their last moments. The whole place is amazing. I don't if i would take very young kids, but it was a great experience.
I had to have surgery when I was 12 and it was really nerve wracking. All the people I came in contact with treated with the best care. I did have to share a room with a screaming baby but at that point I didn't mind much. They give you a soft little CHOC bear when you leave. I think this establishment gives the best care to children and i would like to volunteer there someday.
Maybe I was just young, but I did not feel comfortable ever with him. He always made me feel like I was making things up. I had a medical problem that is usually found in babies before they are six months old and for some reason it was undetected until I was 12? Also one of my legs was longer then the other and he told me as a young girl I was going to have to have metal pins in my legs and wear special shoes? He doesn't have a great bedside manner. I do not question his abilities as a doctor but just not the one for me. I need someone that is going to make me feel comfortable and not stupid.
I hate going to the doctors but when I am sick beyond repair I drag myself in here. My whole family goes to him and he is really nice. He is laid back and isnt that stuffy doctor type. He makes you feel like he cares and that you dont have some weird almiant that you are making up. He has always been helpful and made me feel at ease.
SInce my eye sight continues to get worse and I have to wait a couple more years to get laser surgery I have to go here to get contacts and glasses. The staff is really friendly and they are quick to get you in. They always help you pick out the best frames for your face. I do hate the test that puffs air in your eyes but they do it quickly. Dr Steimann is really nice and always chatty. He is very thourough.
One of my parents best friends was a dental hygenist here. I have been going here since I was a little kid so it is always fun to catch up with Dr Burnham as well. He is nice and friendly and I always enjoy my visits even for a filling he is great at making sure that you are comfortable and not in pain. I love how they have posters on the cieling to look at while you are getting work done. Always in and out of there too. For kids there is a treasure chest when you are done! I always looked forward to that.
My old roomate and her mom worked here and suggested I go here when I couldn't get an appointment at my regular dentist. They fit me right in and were great. I didn't have to wait long to see the dentist and my cleaning was nice and easy. I did have to get a small filling of what could turn into a cavity but it was painless. They do sometimes work late and on weekends for people who work. The parking is a little tricky behind the back so watch out for it. They send you reminders for your next appointment.
