I wa shelping my brother find a job the typical ways of looking in the classified ads and internet searching. WE decided to give Kelly Services a shot. Within a week they found a potential job match...and it fit. The pay was better than other jobs he was looking at and the employees at Kelly Services were very attentive to his needs and desires and kept an open window policy for any future questions.
My first visit here was ok...I wasn't sure what to expect but they handled my insurance plan and arrangements easily and I had a very short waiting time. When i made the appointment it was easy to schedule a time good for me. My care was good too. The office was nice and homey, too.
I got an inch and a half cut and layers added. I put emphasis on wanting my hair textured. The stylist in training seemed a little unsure of herself...of course she was attending beauty school. She did really well with the basic cut, her checker suggested she should have used a razor for the entire cut. I thought that would have been great. My advice is to communicate with the stylist and expect a novice. It was only five dollars, though...their going rate so i was satisfied.
I liked shopping in the surrounding shops and when I found myself in need of a new futon mattress I headed here. It's a cute little store, the exterior is painted in inviting natural colors but the mattress selection was a littl etoo limited for my liking. I think I will try a larger store. I didn't find what I needed.
Walking into this little market, I felt like I was actually in india. I found tahini, an ingredient I wanted to make huumus with at such a better price than a regular grocer. The store owner was indian and therefore very knowledgeable about the ingredients and their usages.
I love the philosophy this store promotes: they purchase foods as closest to how they were originally intended as possible. The produce is much fresher thatn your average grocery store and boasts a more flavorful taste. I also love their line of vitamins. Many offer so extra additives like starch and gelatin. The price is reasonable, too.
The store hosts a very inviting and colorful sign...it made me want to enter, indeed! It is small and cozy and very desireable. It is also on an easy to get to street and has sufficient parking space.
Our car was parked in an unclearly marked area three minutes past the alloted hours and we were towed and charged a hefty $90.00 to retreive our vehicle. A little leniency would have been more human. I
Nothing is sacrificed for this old time trade of cleaning chimneys. After their work was done we had no chimney problems and they left us with a sticker stating the next time we should get our chimney cleaned.
PROS: Efficient and affordable
I compared prices of various storage units and theirs wasn't cheap. I had a difficult time talking to a human being...lots of answering machines. They are located in convenient locations so some might find this to be important, though.
