This K-Mart is always a little dirty, and the wait in line is always very long; they never seem to have more than 2 lines open, but always about 10 people in each line. The store selection is usually pretty good, and the merchandise is pretty cheap. The customer service leaves a bit to be desired.
This Target store is always clean and bright. The employees are usually friendly and helpful. There is a foodcourt in this Target which has pizza hut and taco bell food. Great for a quick dinner after shopping. Good selection at this store, and good sale prices.
Angelicas is a restaurant and function hall and lounge with sometimes live entertainment. The place is usually bustling with a few functions, like weddings. The restaurant is interesting. It has an old and rather formal feel, but customers dont dress formally. The menus is pricey, but includes some appetizers like popovers and chicken wings that staff carry around on platters. This place tends to have a senior citizen clientele.
Bertuccis is a great spot for lunch. The food is hot and delicious. If you go at lunch time, you receive free unlimited salad and hot rolls with dipping oil with your lunch. There are delicious gourmet pizzas, and free refills on soda. The service is good and the prices are reasonable
China Moon is a good local Chinese restaurant. There is almost never a wait (except on New Years Eve) and the food comes out really fast. Their mixed drinks are delicious. They make a mean pineapple passion. They offer a few non-chinese items and the food is fresh and tasty. Their general gaos chicken lacks flavor.
My visit to Felicias was disappointing. Their food was okay, but not great. The atmosphere was okay. The temperature was a little cold. The waitstaff was not very friendly. The food was pretty expensive. The name of the restaurant made me think that their Italian food would be reminiscent of the North End of Boston, but it was not great at all.
TGIFridays in Woburn can be hit or miss depending on the day. Ive had good experiences and negative experiences. I usually order the blackened chicken alfredo, and usually its great, but a few times the chicken was dried up and gross. The service can be a bit slow, and their marghertias arent they great. The food is usually quite good though.
This is a very affordable restaurant. Big portions, small prices. Cracker Barrel does not service alcohol. Delicious corn bread and biscuits arrive as an appetizer. Cracker Barrel also has a country store with unique items and handmade rocking chairs for sale on the veranda.
The Burlington location of Chuck E Cheese is excellent for an afternoon of fun with the kids. Chuck E Cheeses stamps for and your kids hands when you enter, and they dont let any kids leave without making sure that the stamp on the kids hands matches the adults stamp that they are leaving with. So I always feel safe about my kids running around, even if I cant always see them. Yummy pizza and fantastic salad bar. Lots and lots of video games for the kids (all I token/I quarter each) and a maze of tubes for kids to crawl through. Lots of fun. Can get crazy on the weekends.
Kittys has been a family favorite for 25 years. They offer Italian and American food. They offer big portions, always enough for several meals of leftovers. However, the prices are high (but when you figure all the leftovers, not so bad). There is a bar area with several TVs, video games, and Keno monitors. Something for everyone!
