Would I ever consider living here again. It is o.k from the outside, and even in, it's large apartments, lots of space, but the management staff has little concern for the safety and well being of the residents. The area is pretty much overrun now with gang graffitti, drugs being dealt, and done, in apartment breezeways, and if you are young, and female, you cannot make a trip from your door to the mailbox without catcalls. For the amount of issues you deal with you would expect low prices, but you won't find them. There is also a huge roach problem in the units. Explained by management is that the only way to get rid of them all would be to bomb every unit at the same time, and some just donnot want pest control, and they can't force them. Just plain icky, don't rent here unless you literally enjoy filth, squallor, and outright nastiness.
We had our first child there, and she was severly premature. We got to know the folks there very well over her five months stay and surgeries. The NICU is absolutely unparallelled. They have nurses who literally care for your child the way that you would if you could. Also they have a Womens Urgent Care Center, that deals with all issues female, as well as clinics for every ailment from dermatology to cancer. I would advise that anyone give them a shot. If you can't afford insurance but require treatment for a chronic illness, they fill out the medical assistance forms for you.
We have leaned heavily on the Healthcare of atlanta. They have treated all of our children, and have performed many tests on them, all done in the same system, and often the same location. They have Gastroenterologists, Neurologists, every specialist you can think of, they have. They have outpatient labs, surgeries, etc. Also their emergency room treats you like family from the very first visit you pay them. Great place, great people, and definately they go above and beyond what they have to do.
Great food, I have issues coming up with enough words to properly praise the food quality. The firedchicken chimichanga with the white cheese sauce drenched over it is absolutely to die for. It is not too expensive, and provided you go during the week it is pretty peaceful. On the weekend they have a live mariachi band and people who offer to take Photos and sell roses.
It has a very nice atmosphere, sales people are not pushy, and try hard to help you find whatever will actually suit you based on you skin coloring and body shape. Those afraid of an honest opinion may want to steer clear, they really do try to have you walk out with what works for you. A bit high priced, but great value for the service.
My wife can get lost looking at the shoe selection, but she has said on more than one occasion they seem to cater to th etiny sizes. I wouldn't really reccomend going here unless you are size 6 and under for the clothes. But they do have nice shoes and accesories that my wife seems to like, she buys enough of them. On top of being limited in the sizes the run on the expensive side.
At first glance may seem fun, but aside from playing dressup, there are lots of hidden fees and catches to this deal. Ends up costing alot in the end. I reccomend investing in a good digital camera, and some clothes before I would reccomend spending the near 200- it would run you for just 2 sheets of pics. plus, if you don't pay additional fees they can keep the negatives of your shots and use them for advertising without reimbursing you.
They carry a wide range of juniors to yound adult clothing for women. Hip without being trashy, bold with lots of colors. Can never seem to get out of there without a few shopping bags to say the very least. It is a bit cheaper than shopping at the mall.
PROS: Great clothes and prices
CONS: inside an outlet mall, can be distracting
This was a very promising upandcoming bank, now taken over by Suntrust. I am still very happy with them. Their staff is always freindly, and I can actually understand my monthly statements, wich is sometimes pretty rare.
Our youngest son got very ill in his first month of life. The e.r always told us may be food allergy, etc., Dr. Moniet never accepted that, and pushed for a real diagnosis. It was through him we were sent for various tests. The baby was diagnosed with a chronic illness that affected his liver, had it gone undiagnosed and untreated he would have had liver failure. This doctor also managed to diagnose our 7 year old with Cerebral Palsy(verified by neurologist) wich other pediatricians had missed. He is an amazing doctor, and we reccomend him highly.
