Hot Bagels is the best breakfast place in New Jersey. I've probably been there a hundred times and I'm satisfied every time. Pat, Art and the boys run a tight ship and make great food. It's always clean and the line keeps moving. Good location, too!
Where can you play 9 holes and get a small bucket of driving range balls for just $10. It's a short trip from Sussex County, NJ and not too far from Warwick, Port Jervis or even Middletown, NY.
Scenic Farms is not fancy and not challenging. If you can keep the ball in play, you'll score well here.
Also, Nice views of New Yorks Black Dirt Region.
Not many chiropractors are as good as this guy. I've used my share of chiros, and I've never felt as good as I do now. Comfortable office, good people. Major hidden gem.
Out of the blue, Gold's Gym changed it's name to Signature Fitness. Now the place is even worse than it used to be because they got rid of the few good trainers they had. I'll never go back.
CONS: bad business
Lawson Chiropractic has been a staple in the community for years. I had a back injury as a teenager, and Doc Lawson helped me get back in shape and ready to play sports again. My father swore by doctor lawson when he still lived in town.
Omni Fitness is one of the best fitness stores in New Jersey. They've got locations all over the place including Dover, Route 10, North Plainfield, etc. They usually have some of the best prices around.
If you tend to hook or slice, stay away. If you play an accurate game and you're not out to hit the ling ball, try Bear Brook. Like many West Jersey courses, if you hit a ball in the rough, you'll never see it again. Tough course to walk with all the hills.
A tiny little store along route 10, gordons does a nice job with fad collectibles like beanie babies and pogs (remember pogs?). They're O.K. for sports collectibles and supplies. The store is a little cluttered, but sometimes that adds to the collecting atmosphere.
