Gamestop
I like this store because they have something for everyone. Games for every poplular gaming system. New or used, and lots of accessories for your system. They offer discounts for gamestop memberships too. I buy all of my children's video games here, and save some money. Great store.
Party City
This is a great store. No matter what the occasion, they have the supplies you need. They also have wonderful gifts such as ceramic and crystal nic nacs etc. I couldn't throw a good party without going to Factory Card Outlet first! Very reasonable prices. They even have halloween costumes.
Hillcrest Event Ctr
This is a nice campground that offers swimming, golfing, horseshoes, playgrounds etc. I spent a real nice weekend with friends, and would recommend it to anyone who needs a weekend away. Very well maintained and clean.
Midwest Pocket Billiards Sales
This is a great store. They have everything you could want for a party room, bar etc. They have tons of dart supplies here too. Very good prices, and a wide selection. You have to check it out for yourself.
Niabi Zoo
Niabi Zoo is a great little zoo. Not nearly as big as some, but it has enough to keep you busy for hours. There is a train ride that takes you all around the zoo for a small fee, you can buy animal feed and souvenirs, have a picnic, and there's a playground for the kids. Its a great time, and a fun place to spend the day outdoors. If you are new in town, or have been there before, I recommend you visit at least once per season.
Putnam Museum & IMAX THEATRE
This museum is really neat. They have all kinds of stuff in there. The best thing about going here is the IMAX theatre. It is so awesome. I have taken my kids there many times, and even went one time all by myself to see one of the movies. The prices may seem a bit high, but it is well worth it for the experience. It is a real fun place to spend some time at. A good teaching experience for kids and adults as well.
Borders
I just love this store. You can spend lots of time in here, and even get yourself a snack and a drink. They have comfy chairs where you can sit and relax a bit. The selection is outstanding, and if you cannot find something, they will find it for you in seconds. And if for some reason they don't have what you are looking for, most times they can order it. Very competitive prices, but the comfort is worth the trip!
T-Mobile
I have had several cell phones with several companies. None of them were satisfactory until I switched to Sprint. I can use my phone just about anywhere. Some other companies I couldn't get 30 miles out of town and there was no service. Sprint has very good competitive prices, lots of different service packs, and tons of phone styles to choose from. You can pay your bill online for a small fee. They are very dependable, and have very good customer service.
Garden Town Usa
I just love this place. They have so much to choose from. I went just to get some tomatoe plants. I had no idea there were so many different kinds! They recommended some, I got them, and they were wonderful. I ended up buying lots and lots of plants, and landscaped my whole yard. It was beautiful when I was done. They have great prices, a very large selection, and the staff really knows what they are doing. If you are a pro, or just a beginner, this is the place to go.
Advanced Imaging Ctr
This is a very good place to go. The staff there is so caring, and they are very efficient. My son broke his arm, and we were in and out in a very short time with a bright purple cast on his arm. He got it wet, and we had to get a new one. They got us right in and got it changed very quickly. They were so gentle with him that he said it tickled. They take very special care of their little patients! And the big patients too.
