This place is awesome. Love the stingrays and the sharksand seahorses. They have a wide variety of exhibits . Of course the Flipper show is just great! The only downside is that no strollers are allowed in and with a toddler in tow who is as excited about the fishes and marine life as his mom, it can get difficult. Plan a full day at the inner harbor if you can , the lines are long and you may spend a day there as well if you want to watch all the shows .
This store is one of the newer ones opened in this part of Northern virginia. It is bigger and the selection is very large. Very wide selection of furniture and some toddler stuff too. The staff is friendly and smiling , although not many to be seen around other than near the checkout counters.
I love the store for the concept. They have great prices . The upper level has showcased different ideas and that is where you can just look around and get inspired . They have contemporary style stuff for every room and abundance of styling and interior decorating ideas. The furniture is mostly light toned and not very cumbersome looking. The marketplace is at the lower level. The only thing lacking is a better place to eat. The restaurant has very limited food choices, and for such a big store where one spends almost a day, they need to do something about the food they offer.
One of the few outlet stores for this chain out here. They have great sales especially at the end of season. The store is small for an outlet store, but has very good clearance prices and good selection.
This place is out of this world- in the midst of nature with all the wild life mostly in very well kept surroundings. The zoo is spread over a very big area and there is lot of walking to do, but the exhibits are worth it. The pandas and Koalas are a major attraction of the zoo. All areas of the zoo have food and drink kiosks and I love the penny machines scattered all over the zoo. There is a guided bus tour available too.
The place is painfully small to shop around- I mean everything is on shelves along the walls of the store with a central area with veggies and greens in one half and confectionaries in another. Although prices are great and one can buy in bulk, trip to the store is not fun.
The store is small and congested but one can find any of the unusual indian spices and grocery here. Considering there are not many such stores around this area, it is a hit. It is always crowded. Sometimes veggies here are cheaper than regular grocery stores. Also good for frozen Indian curries and stuff. The prices are reasonable too.
The selection in the store is very limited. One might find some good clearance deals in a an area to the right of the store just next to the entry into the store. The clearance deals usually are products with expiry within the next 3/4/5 months.
The store is not organised at all, especially the section with crystal and gifts at the back of the store. Things are just littered in the aisles at the back and the aisles between shelves are very narrow. The clothes are never arranged according to sizes. One has to score through all the racks to find some stuff. However, as always some great deals are to be found if one has the patience and time. Esp. in the crystals and gifts section- Mikasa crystal and other porcelain stuff and sometimes housewares- the inventory is constantly different, you might find some stuff at a time, and then never see it again and find totally diffenet kind of stuff on another visit.
This realty offers some returns on buying a house
( % back on the buying cost during closing). The gentleman is very soft spoken .Although it took us a while to finally get the house of our dreams, It all worked out very well. You might have to run after him initially, but otherwise he does a good job.
