My dealer made an appointment and I was greeted when I entered the business. My information was taken and a work order completed. I waited about 30-45 minutes before someone then checked my vehicle. When the oversight was realized, personnel apologized profusely, but I was disappointed to have given up so much of my afternoon.

The business had a neat and interesting showroom with lots of innovative products. I saw them serving other customers quickly and effectively. I was happy with the service once completed.

Oak Creek Veterinary Hospital

This team of vets are very experienced and reasonably priced. My animal felt very comfortable there. The Drs were caring and seemed to understand my requests. The office was clean and neat. I learned that one of the Drs is well known for treating animals with back problems when I met a lady with a rescue sent to her from another state to see this Dr. I was disappointed when ofter 3 consultations and a phone call to let the Drs know my dog was in labor, when I called their alternate numbers MANY times after business hours that same day, I could not get an answer. A day or two later one of the team members called to check on the pups, but in my time of need the help I was promised was not available.

I am aware of another breeder, whom recommended these vets, for whom they came in at 2 or 3 am to do a c-section. That is why I initially chose them as this was my first litter and my mentor was not nearby

Great facility with Starbucks and sitting area at one corner. Good selection and customer service. It is very convenient with ample parking. My family and I shop here often.

Air Masters Heating & Cooling

My Home Warranty company sent this company to check the problem with my furnace. Their technician wasn't in my basement for 20 minutes, never removed the panel that would show this, but concluded we had a cracked heat exchanger. He did not check the air for carbon monoxide either. He left us with a piece of paper that said we had a cracked heat exchanger and $50 check from us. He said they would be in touch after they tallked to the Home Warranty company, but we would probably need a new furnace. This company called later to let us know the Home Warranty had approved a new furnace, but we would have to cover $1500-$1600 for sheet metal work to make the duct work match up!
We decided to get another opinion and the furnace was fixed and working for approx. $400....NO cracked heat exchanger and the air quality was check and cleared for carbon monoxide as well.

Months later, the Home Warranty company wanted to send these same people out to check the serial numbers on our furnace to determine if we had the NEW FURNACE Air Masters had billed our home warranty company for. We refused having Air Masters enter our home and asked that a third party company come to inspect it and report it's findings to our Home Warranty company. We have been told this is NOT the first time faud has taken place by this company. RUN DON'T WALK!

Water heater was installed and works like a dream. Mr. Plumber communicated with our Home Warranty company and realtor to make things happen. It was not a pleasant process to have so many opinions in this, but Mr. Plumber did the work and everything works.

Med Vet Associates

My pet was in labor and not delivering her third pup. I went in asking for what I believed was needed. I had to complete paperwork and wait in the waiting room. The paperwork I completed said I would be informed of the cost before any procedure. Once in a treatment room, the personnel were very caring, but moved very slowly for me. We checked in at 8:16 pm, but did not see anyone until after 9 pm. The Dr. seemed very knowledgeable and kind. She was very swift in treatment once she finally got with us. My bitch was able to deliver her third pup about 20 minutes after receiving the drug I requested (about 10 PM)when I we brought her in. Unfortunately, the puppy had serious birth defects and was struggling to survive. The Dr. kindly advised us of her condition and helped us decide to euthanize her. She gave us a beautiful card with her sweet footprints to take home. She checked over our Mommy and her two pups and sent us home to grow. I had no idea of what my bill might be until I reached the service desk. It seemed very reasonable or I might have seriously questioned them as they had advised that I would be informed PRIOR to any procedure. I would be asking more questions and more pushy next time. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome.

Customer Service here is above and beyond. The employees always make you feel like you are most important. The only issue it might have is it seems to have smaller selection and less knowledgeable electrical department than other area stores. The facility and selection in general are great. The parking is more than ample

The lumber yard is fine, but the garden department is sparse The personnel here are very warm and helpful. It is a very nice facility, but do not understand why it is not a "full service" store, like other locations.

Amish Originals Furniture

Lots of different pieces and opinions here. Very high quality and very helpful and friendly sales people. They even emailed some pictures and information to my home. Pricing is on the high side, but this is very high quality furniture. The wait for a piece is usually 8 -12 weeks or more, so you must be patient.

Westerville Heating & Cooling

The company referred to me by the Home Warranty company's representative told me I had a cracked heat exchanger without even looking at it! I called this co. for a second opinion. The first co. wanted to replace my furnace and charge me another $1600 for sheet metal work needed to match up the duct work! My furnace was fixed and running by Westerville Heating and cooling for around $400. Oh, they checked the heat exchanger and showed me and checked for carbon monoxide. The heat exchanger was NOT cracked and there was no carbon monoxide in my home.
