Sound Advice

What can I say about Sound Advice. The sales people are top-notch; never too pushy and full of knowledge. Customer service has always been excellent and the store is kept in tip-top shape. This is a high-end store with high-end employees.

Staples

This is an average Staples. The workers are friendly enough but no one seems to go out of their way to offer assistance. Good sale items are generally understocked and any attempt to use a coupon is treated with prejudice. Great location and big store but they need to work on some of the fundamentals.

Books-A-Million

This is a nice BAM location. The store is always kept clean and while it is generally busy it's never packed. Plenty of study space in the cafe and good book sales make this a great store.

State Farm Insurance

This is hands down the best State Farm office we've dealt with. The ladies that run this office do Mr. Williams a great service and keep the customers happy. Whether you have State Farm or not you should definitely check this office out!

Target

Shopping at this Target is always a nice experience. They generally have a good selection of merchandise including on sale items. Would love to see more clearence deals but this is the one we always go back to.

Summit Village Condominiums

This has been a half way enjoyable place to live. The neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is clean. The management however leave much to be desired. The association seems to be on a power trip and if you aren't an owner you really have no standing in the eyes of the community.

Mitsubishi Sports

Sport has a good parts/service department. There are a few characters that seem a little lost but customer service is generally excellent and parts come in when they say they will. Not sure about the sales department but at least half the operation is running right.

Big 10 Tire

This had been our place for tires but after a string of unsuccessful fixes to various tire issues we've moved on. Management was always accomodating but the techs just never seemed to get it right.

Party City

This store has just about any theme you could think of for a party. They have tons of little party favors cheap and if you catch them during a sale you can get a complete set for your party pretty cheap. We have bought supplies here for our son's parties for the last 2 years. They also have balloons, halloween costumes and supplies for weddings, showers and other types of parties.

PROS: Huge Selection
CONS: Can be pricey

First Choice Auto

First Choice Auto is a 'hole in the wall' place that does business the right way. The mechanics are knowledgable and work is always completed quickly and thoroughly. Best thing though is the prices. Some of the most inexpensive labor in town (notice I didn't say cheap ;) ).
