London Cleaners
London Dry Cleaners' only good thing is that it has free parking. This is a plus in Westwood Village, where meters are hard to come by and the parking lots are expensive. However, they are a ripoff dry cleaners. It costs between $5 and $7 to dry clean something. They take forever--three days after you drop it off. They have the most expensive tailoring I have ever heard of--$18.75 for the original hem on a pair of jeans. Most places are $15 tops. Sure, they get the job done but for the price you pay, you could do better elsewhere.
There was an extremely rude guy at the counter when I went. I would not recommend them at all.
If you HAVE to come here, please be armed with a coupon. If you live in the West LA area you probably get coupon envelopes in the mail. They always have 20 and 35% off coupons, which make the price just a little more expensive than your average cleaner's but still, you don' t get what you pay for here. UCLA students get a 10% discount, I think
PROS: Parking, they get the job done
CONS: EXPENSIVE, slow, rude people work there
