Daniels Broiler

Daniel's Broiler is the best of the best when it comes to steak. You will have one of the most memorable dining experiences as you're waited on hand and food. The steak is absolutely mouth-watering. The restaurant overlooks Lake Union and makes for a great view. This is the perfect place to go before the opera.

Pasta Bella Ristorante

Even through this restaurant is located on a very busy street, you won't notice it once you're inside. The ambiance is very romantic - you'll feel like you've been flown to Rome. I have never had a bad dining experience at Ballard's Pasta Bella. The food is always excellent and the servers are wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you have something special to celebrate. The last time I was here I came with a friend, but couldn't help wishing that I was with my boyfriend instead!

Red Mill Burgers

Seattle, WA Fast Food/Take Out | 06/07/05: 'My favorite burger joint!'

This is by far my favorite place for burgers in Seattle! Red Mill always has the juiciest burgers and the greatest burger sauce. Of course, they're a bit more expensive than McDonalds, but it is definitely worth it. If you have yet to try Red Mill, I urge you to go!!! The only downside is that since they're so delicious, there's usually a line and a wait.

Moms

Seattle, WA Restaurants | 06/07/05: 'The Place for Breakfast'

I love University Village and Moms is such a classic. Moms has been part of the University Village for a long time. I love going there to meet some friends for breakfast. Their speciality are their thin, crispy pancakes that you can not find anywhere else. They also have some fantastic eggs benedict and the servers are always friendly.

Mix Ice Cream Bar

The Mix is the Coldstone Creamery of Seattle. You get to pick your own ice cream base and mix in as many different ingredients as you wish. My favorite is vanilla with gummy bears and M&Ms. It's really comfortable inside with couches and pillows in the back. A great place for kicking back after some studying.
