Dr. Dale Fredstrom is a very nice, older dentist who seems like he would do anything for his patients. We get our annual checkups, and my kids just love him. He has a way with keeping children calm when he has to do fillings or cleaning on them. If you have kids who are nervous about dentist visits, I really recommend Dr. Fredstrom!!!
One of the Attorneys in this practice is also the mayor of Papillion, so he really isn't available much. However I have had friends use this firm for various reasons, and everyone has been very satisfied with the personal care and attention that their cases have gotten. Unfortunately, when one is dealing with a lawyer, it is often some kind of bad situation, like a divorce, but Blinn and Rees seems like one of those firms that truly gets involved in their cases.
This is a reliable, self service car wash that distinguishes itself from the others in the area by its service and follow through. I had a problem with the change machine, left a note and was called by one of the managers the same day asking where to send the refund. I was really impressed that he took the time and made the effort. It is clean, and convenient from Mission Avenue.
At one point I would have given Bellevue Family Practice 5 stars, but the service has deteriorated a little bit since they have become so popular. It is a really nice doctors office, and both the medical and adminstrative staff is wonderful. They know my family, have taken care of my kids since they were small. If you need to see a doctor the same day, you can call them first thing in the morning and they can fit you in, with no problem. They also work with most of the insurance companies in the area.
I asked my daughter what she thinks of Wildcat Lanes, she said it's a lot of fun, but the people there smoke and it's really smelly. I tend to agree. We like to bowl there as a family, they have some fantastic deals especially during the summer, bowling for about $1 a game. It is a fun family activity.
If you are someone who has gone to college, gotten a lot of credits, but then had to stop for whatever reason, Bellevue University is the way to go to get that Bachelor's degree! I went in with credits scattered all over the various disciplines, and after about a year of taking very conveniently scheduled classes, was able to graduate with a degree in IT. The faculty is very understanding and used to dealing with students who are also full-time workers. The price is kind of high, as it is a private university.
This is a wonderful little tailor shop! Keiko's Tailoring will not try to overcharge you or do work that is not needed. In fact, the lady who runs the place (Keiko?) has even done small easy repairs for us at extremely low prices, or once, she fixed a zipper for free. We get all of our alterations done there, the prices are good and as I have mentioned, the service is excellent!
Saint Columbkille School is the only Catholic School in the Papillion-La Vista area, so it provides a faith-based education to a LOT of kids. The faculty and staff really shine here. The children are taught at high levels and the test scores are always great. There is a uniform dress code, which makes it easy to dress your kids in the morning, too!
This review is for Saint Columbkille Church's preschool, the Sacred Heart Preschool. It is run by a group of very caring Catholic Mothers, for children up to age 4. The school days are just a couple hours long, and the kids learn their numbers and letters and get to go on field trips. If you want a faith-based curriculum for your toddler, this is a super option!
Kind Hearts is a business that provides care and companionship for the elderly in their own homes. You can have a companion come in and spend some time with a senior citizen - maybe take them shopping or play some games. The owner of this business is very nice and willing to work with you. You can find Kind Hearts along 84th Street in Papillion, but look fast, it is a small storefront!
