St Mary Mercy Livonia Sleep Disorders Center

We visit the hospital about four to five times a week. We have never seen the facility (even the emergency room waiting area) not clean. You know that you take your chances of becoming sick when visiting this type of establishment. But we have never come down with any illness. You don't see gargage over flowing, dirty carpets, walls etc...The staff are neat and very nice too.

Michigan Humane Society

I am very dissapointed with this animal shelter. My husband and I have tried calling them numerous times to volunteer to do anything they need us to do. They never returned our call. We called again and left a message that we'd even clean cages, floors, build shelter, ANYTHING. They still never returned our call.

Dollar General Store

I was not very pleased when I went out of my way to go to this store. I have been told it's a great dollar store. I had my cart piled up with about $50 (I thought) worth of stuff. At check out it was about $75. I was totally shocked. I thought everything was a dollar. When I looked at some of the prices that were tagged on the items I purchased, I found I've been had. You really have to be careful what you purchase at this store. I didn't see a bargain on any personal care or household cleaning products.

Boston Market

I have never had such tender meat from a "take-out" restaurant before. I used to always get the rotissare chicken due to the tenderness and the flavor. But now, they have come out with a sirloin dinner. I do have to say...this dinner is comparable to any sit down dinner restaurant. The price is better and variety is plentiful.

Blockbuster Video

We purchased the monthly movie rental program a few months ago for $29.99 a month. We can take out 3 movies at a time with no set due date. It was working out pretty well for a month. Then the frustration started. In order to get a new release on tuesday, you had to be there early in the morning when they set them out. If you go after work, your chances of renting a copy is nill to none.

PROS: None at all
CONS: Not enough copies of new movie releases

Strong Veterinary Hospital

I would not take my pet any where else around. They do everything by the book. If you favor or request a specific doctor, the staff will only schedule an appointment with that particular one. They are very concerned about any and every need as though your pet was one of their own. I wouldn't say they are the cheapest around, but not the most expensive either. Well worth the care they give.

Lim's Star Restaurant

I have tried many chinese restaurants and Lim Star has good tasting food with a very large variety at decent prices. Egg drop soup is my favorite and isn't watered down like other places I have tried. Their portions are plentiful. The entire staff is very pleasant. Seating is roomy and comfortable.
