It's what a wine store should be. Excellent, can't beat 'em sales (twice a year), an enormous selection of wines of all varietals and prices, as well as an extremely knowledgeable AND helpful staff - they love their job, wouldn't you? Don't forget about the liquor - it's not as much of a deal as the wine, but they now have a decent house brand of most alcohols.
What can't Fedex Kinkos do? Print photos, screen print t-shirts, make calendars, offer internet service, rent out meeting rooms, and oh so much more. Go ahead, ask, I bet you'd be surprised at what this copying/shipping business powerhouse now offers. Rates are fair and the staff usually has a bored attitude, but are quick with service nonetheless.
Beautifully arranged, this store's unique collection of antique and almost antiques is as fun to browse. The furniture and home decor are truly unique and while some are not true antiques, the look is even better. Overwhelmed and can't decide which or what to buy, relax for a while in the 'kitschy' old fashioned kitchen with a cup of cappucino.
The warehouse setting of this party, paper and everything store is daunting at first but the selection is so large that your chances of finding something you need at reasonable prices is very good. Staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful when you can catch them.

The Lucerne Hotel is in a quaint residential area of upper Manhattan. Clean, almost apartment like rooms for around $200/night are incredibly reasonable. We met Daniel at a random open house and immediately liked his practicality and how he went above and beyond whatever was asked of him. We used Daniel to sell our old home and purchase a new one. He listened to us, helped us and was always looking to improve our situation. He is the true definition of going the extra mile for his clients. Hardworking and professional, he'll never let you down.
Some of the best teachers and paraprofessionals around, the Bloomington/Richfield Early Childhood Family Center serves it's joint cities well. Exceptional offerings are the English Language Learner programs and any of their yearly events for all ages.
Swimsuit shaped cookies, decorated hammers for Father's Day, monogramed wedding cookies and much more. Whimsical and fun, Eleni's New York is best known for its deliciously decorated sugar cookies. You won't believe the endless design options and your taste buds will thank you. These outstanding designs don't come cheap, but definitely worth the recognition you'll get from those you treat.
Grossly undervalued and underestimated, this store's customer service makes it a must see for any home related needs. Prices are competitive with department stores but really save you money when you bring your 20% discount coupons - (they even take expired ones!) or when you get their special sale or discount items. Associates are very well informed and more helpful than most department stores. Ask for anything - they are sure to help you in some way!
