Moody Gardens
Moody Gardens have a variety of activities for the family. I myself enjoyed the Rainforest which is filled with so much to see. My children loved the Discovery Pyramid. They have a day pass you can buy either online or there. More reasonable online. I would say if you are planning a visit make sure you get the day pass so you can enjoy everything. Bring lots of energy to keep up with the kiddos.
Moody Mansion Museum
I reallly enjoyed the Moody Mansion Museum. I cannot say when was the last time I enjoyed so much history before. They have so much to tell. I am so glad I took the family there. I would love to go again and see what I did not get to see. I will make sure I go back real soon. The people there are so nice and friendly.
flagship hotel
Flagship Hotel has been redone and seems ok but just is not like it used to be. I remember many years ago it being just a bit different. I liked it alot before. The staff are very nice and everyone is willing to help you. I just do not like the decorations or the way the rooms are. It just does not seem very comfy. I will not be returning.
Sam Goody
This Sam Goody location is great. I travel all the way over there just to visit this store. I live a bit aways. They have a great selection of music and videos. When they have items on sale they are so reasonable. The employees there are so nice. They have every kind of music you can think of. I really enjoy going into this place and looking around.
99 Cents Only Stores
This 99 cents only store is a great dollar store. The place is huge. They have aisles and aisles of items. They even have frozen and cold food. Ice cream is priced so reasonable. Now and then they even have some produce. I just love a dollar store you can go into and look around and grab that dozen eggs or loaf of bread you need too.
Gosling Road Veterinary Clinic
Gosling Road Clinc is where we take all our family pets. We even take our ginea pig there. They are so nice and friendly. Their prices are great too. If you cannot pay the bill they will let you work out a payment plan. They really care for animals there. It is a bit small but I love supporting the small businesses in my area too.
Strawberry Dog Country
Strawberry Dog Country is owned by the same people as Strawberry Dog on Stuebner Airline. I do not care for this location either. They just did not seem clean or organized. I feel they are not doing things like they should. Again when asked to see the place I was told no. I do not see why anyone would take their animals here. Again they are very cheap but you get what you pay for.
Strawberry Dog
The Strawberry Dog is not a good place to take your pets. I was not at all happy with the service nor the enviroment. It just does not seem very clean at all. When you ask to see the back area they refuse and want you to make an appointment. Makes you wonder what they are hiding. They do have cheap prices but you get what you pay for.
A Bella Day Spa
Bella Day Spa was great. The day went so well. They offer everything there from masage to waxing. I really enjoyed the rocks with my massage. They have great packages to chose from or you can pick just one service. The manicure was great! I will be going back there. What a great time I had. I would say go and try this place.
La Petite Academy
This La Petite Academy is not as great as it could be. When I visited this place I was not impressed by the staff or the condition of the daycare. It just seemed a bit old. May it is just the area. I did not care too much for thier prices either. They seemed a bit high compared to others I checked out.
