Yes, it is one of your older sporting goods stores in the area, but it is well worth your time. Great prices and an uncanny way of providing just what you need at good prices.
I'm not really an avid party shopper, but I can say that this particular store was incredibly supportive of our efforts to raise money for Leslie Middle School. Party Mart enabled a difference in teh lives of people.

Like many apartments, it is obvious that some corners were cut in the building process. Other than that, this place rocks. They offer some really cool perks (including a Courthouse membership for free) and are in a cool location.
