I have been to several Panera Bread stores, but most recently, my sister and I visited this Panera Bread store on Gulf To Bay. I just love to go up to the counter and stare at all the bread artwork. I say artwork, as the breads not only look delicious, but are creatively designed. I love Panera's soups as well, and their always tasty sandwiches are not for the faint-hearted sandwich eater. This is the place to go for reasonable prices, a delicious meal and a fun, creative place to eat.
PROS: Delicious and beatifully made creative breads
I recently brought in two items for alterations. One was a pair of jeans, needing a heavy duty snap replaced and the other was a skirt needing its elastic replaced. I was somewhat surprised at the prices quoted for both items. I just left the pants, as having the skirt altered would have been more costly than the skirt is now worth. The shop itself was narrow and not very clean looking. The gentleman who waited on me had a good command of the English language, but wasn't very friendly. Like most Oriental seamstresses, they do great work, but I'm not sure I will return for any more items needing repairs..
CONS: Not very firendly; shop not too neat and organized
This is a very quaint little card shop that runs longer than it does wider. The shop itself has reasonably priced and very nice cards. The whole store has a very nice feel about it, and is very well taken care of. It is also a very warm, friendly place. I recommend it highly.
PROS: riendly Staff, Clean Shop
This is THE mom and pop (Iiterally and f iguratively) store of fresh produce. I love this place. The owner and his wife are friendly, and their two grown sons also work there. The fresh produce truly is fresh and neatly arranged, and they have great prices. Where else can one get red and green peppers, two for $1.00, and sometimes less depending on peppers that are slighly aged, but still fresh. They also carry fresh cheeses and baked goods, and all types of fruits and vegetables. This is a great place to shop at very reasonable prices.
PROS: Great place to shop
I recently had a young gentleman from this company come to my home, and was very pleased with his honesty. He came to basically check and see how my air conditioner of 9 years was running. I was charged $24.95 for the inspection. He told me everything was basically in good condition, but that there was mold and mildew on the coils and a few external places. When I asked how much it would cost to have it cleaned, he quoted almost close to $300.00, and I basically said, thanks, but no thanks. The service was good, but I questioned how anything requiring that little work would cost that much. I didn't pursue it any further.
PROS: Good Service
CONS: Outrageous price quoted to clean the mildew on the coils
It's been several years since I've gone to get an opinion on my facial skin condition. At the time, I went in to see Kathy L. Anderson, D.O. She was very professional and knowledgeable about what was causing problems with my skin. I felt an immediate confidence in her as a dermatologist. I was getting bumps and growths on my face. She was able to burn some of them off, and eventually my skin went back to normal. This is a great place to go for any skin condition, and while I'm not sure if Dr. Anderson is still there, if she is, I highly recommend her.
When I first moved to Clearwater, I visited Irene's European Day Spa. She is a very personable woman, who seems to love what she does. I had gone into her Spa for a facial, and was very pleased with the results. I also admired her professionalism and knowledge of her trade. If I had the extra money for another few hours of luxury, I would return to her for a facial and get the full treatment.
PROS: Friendly and prefessional at what she does
Here is yet another one of my favorite stores. Ross has just about anything you are looking for in the clothing department, as well as kitchen and bathroom items, beauty care, shoes, some items of furniture, and the list goes on. They have great sales, often, and already low prices are marked even lower. I particuarly like their tops and shorts, and the children's clothing is just as stylish and well-made as the women's and men's clothing. I have even bought jams, spices, food cooking oils, and coffee in this great store. Many of the tennis shoes I own came from Ross, brand names at half off. A great place to shop!
PROS: Great clothing and other items, reasonably price
Whenever I need skin care, clothing, shoes, gifts of any kind, coffee, books, towels, just about anything, I head to Marshalls. This is a hgh-quality store, at very reasonable prices. When they have sales, which is often, I save even more money. Sometimes, I have even bought a brand new pair of dress pants for under $5.00. During the seasonal sales, they have racks of clothing grouped together according to sizes. The selection is vast, colorful and usually the latest trends. This is one of my favorite places to shop, and I consider it a one-stop shopping store.
PROS: Colorful, trendy and classy clothing at very reasonable prices
I love to browse around Gymboree's colorful, unique chidren's clothing. Everything is very well made, colorfully patterned, and has matching items. The clothes range in size from infants up to young chidren clothing. The only drawback is that the clothing can be pricey, but they have great sales often. When I am looking for quality children's clothing, I look here to indugle my youngest granddaughter.
PROS: Beautiful, unique children's clothing
