Hurray for the Tomball UPS Store! They offer great service, have helpful employees and fill just about every shipping need I might have. Their spotless store and courteous staff keeps me coming back and not regretting my decision to quit using the "other" store in town.

Wal-Mart

How more convenient can it be.....get your grocery shopping done while you get your oil changed. Oil changes used to be done at home, but Wal-art's low prices and good service have now earned our oil change business. Good service and good prices!

Tomball-Cypress Country Flrst

There are a number of florists in Tomball. I have tried most of them. When I tried Tomball Country Florist, I stopped looking further. They are my florist of choice for my local needs as well as those out of state. I know that if I go into their store, I will get whatever help I need in choosing the right floral arrangement for the occasion at hand. They have also been very good when I need help sending things out of state.

They are the BEST!

Hobby Lobby Creative Ctr

The Tomball Hobby Lobby recently expanded to fill vacant space left when Tractor Supply moved. You would hardly recognize the new store - so much has been added!!

It is nice to have a store in Tomball with such a vast array of craft and decorator items. No more trudging into Hosuton for me!

Not only do I love the new layout and selection, I value the Christian principles espoused by the company. I am not hit with the normal barrage of rock and roll songs as I shop; the employees are always helpful and courteous.

It is a great place to shop!

Yezak Mark Dc - Tomball Chiropractic Ctr

I started going to see Dr. Aubert when I had a back injury, on my husband's recommendation. I was pleased with the initial evaluation as well as the following treatments. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I do think that the office, waiting room and exam rooms could be updated, as I feel like they haven't had much done to them since the late '70s. I dislike waiting in a dark, musty waiting room. Once I get taken back, however, things perk up a bit. In spite of the out of date surroundings, my care has been thorough and I continue to return for maintenance.

Gloyers Pharmacy

As huge drug store chains pop up around us, a few small family owned stores still hang on. Gloyer's in Tomball is one business I am happy to patronize. They still carry a wide array of items, many of which you can't get at the larger "cookie cutter" stores. Their pharmacy staff is first rate in their knowledge, and they are always willing to help and answer my questions. They are also very quick to get prescriptions filled and refills taken care of. They are a true "hometown" business we want to keep!

Mail & More Etc

Mail & More has always been our choice for package shipping and special mail needs. Even when the new places open in town, we still choose Mail & More. Since the ownership of the store changed, however, it seems as though the friendliness of the staff has decreased. I miss the owner chatting with me, asking how business was going. I miss the rapport with the former employees. The old charm has left and so I have begun to try out other mail service stores in town. I still think Mail & More gives decent service, but I'm not the loyal customer I once was.

Verizon Wireless

I have never had quick service at this Verizon store...unless you are shopping for a phone - then they pounce on you. But if you need a service call, be prepared to wait. On a recent visit, there was only one person working at the service counter, and she was obviously new. The other person was out to lunch, but there were still a number of people "in the back" who would occasionally mosey out, look around and go back into hiding. I waited next in line for 25 minutes before someone from the sales desk asked me if they might help me. Then they wrote up a service order there, on the spot. Why they couldn't offer this earlier is beyond me. I really dislike having to go to this Verizon store, but it is the closest one and when my husband's cell phone needs service, this is where he sends it.

Dollar Tree

Dollar Tree is like other dollar stores in that it has a little bit of everything. You might as well buy it when you see it, though, as it might not be there tomorrow! Dollar Tree is a bit smaller than the other dollar store in town, but the selection is good and it seems cleaner. It is very easy to find what you need, and if you can't, the staff is willing to help find it for you.

Huester Norma - Lawrence Health Care Ctr

My father needed to spend some rehab time in a local nursing home after he broke his hip. The only local place with a bed available at that time was Lawrence Health Care Center. We would not recommend this facility to anyone. Their attention to detail lacked in just about every area of care. While there was never anything really bad that happened, we cannot, in good faith, say that it was a good experience. We were very glad when a bed came available in another facility and we were able to transfer him out.
