Be sure to block out a large portion of time to stroll through this Antique store. There is so much to see and admire with a huge selection of antiques ranging from furniture to dolls to books and more. Pricing seems to be about average. Leave the kids at home as some parts of the warehouse are very crowded.
Ever since I was a child, we have taken our cats to the St. Joe Animal Hospital for their care. The doctors and staff are incredibly friendly and patient and you can see their genuine love of animals. They are thorough in their exams and truly have the animal's best interest at heart. The building is on the small side, but seems to suit their purpose for right now.
We have purchased our last two vehicles from Rick Ridings. While not 100% satisfied, I would still give them an "A". Their asking prices are competitive and the inventory changes from day to day. The salespeople are assertive without being pushy. Overall we have been happy with our purchases and will continue to do business there. I highly reccomend their service department for routine car care. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly.
Not only do you find soem incredible deals on unique items, but the profits support Habitat for Humanity. The selections of items change from week to week with all sorts of items for your home. The pricing is resonable and the associates are kind and friendly. The only downfall is that parking can be a hassle anywhere on University Ave.
I am on my second go round participating in the prenatal aquatics class offered through Carle Therapy Services. The instructor is friendly and personable as well as competent at handling various unexpected situations. The front desk staff is friendly and ready to direct you to the appropriate person to assist you and the facilities look modern and clean.
The number one thing that I like about Dr. Cranston is that he takes a very straight forward approach in the care of his patients. He answers questions thouroughly and with much insight. He is up to date with the latest medical findings and stays current with the changing trends in his field.
Dr. Meneely has been serving patients through Carle Clinic fo rmany years. He serves as my primary care physician as well as my husband's primary care physician. One thing that I really enjoy about Dr. Meneely is that he has a humorous approach to providing care for his patients. You immediately feel comfortable when he steps into the room. He takes a "whole person" approach in treating and preventing disease and illness. We have never had any problems gettign an appointment on short notice either, which is a definate plus.
We have been taking our children to Dr. See for almost 2 years now. She is personable, knowledgable, and genuinely seems to enjoy working with children. She considers herself to be a partner with the parents in providing care for the children and listens intently when you share your thoughts and ideas. She is easy to reach in an emergency and has a pleasant demeanor. I would reccomend her any day.
Dr. Fay practices through Carle Clinic in Urbana. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years. She takes the time to listen and discuss your individual needs without rushing through your appointment. She is knowledgable adn keeps up to date with the changing medical advances that are continually being made. I would reccomend her to anyone seeking an OBGYN.
Indiana Beach offers a lot for a smaller amusement park. There is lots of water fun with a pool, lazy river, and slides as well as the traditional kiddie rides and larger rides. Don't cofuse Indiana beach with an amusement park the caliber of Six Flags, because it won't compare. But, this park offers a lot for the price. It definately makes for a fun day trip and the drive from central Illinois is an easy one to make. Outside of the water park and rides, there are the games and boardwalk food to be enjoyed and various entertainment options throughout their season. Best of all, it isn't overly crowded!
