Something about this doctor rubs me the wrong way. He seems to have a cocky, flippant, not so friendly bed side mannerism-- and he doesn't seem like an amazing enough doctor to back up all that attitude, considering that he couldn't diagnose me after multiple visits when another doctor could after seeing me once.
Sometimes Rosatis skimps on the tomato sauce, but their pizza is usually very good: not too greasy, perfect amount of cheese, and a thin crust that does not dominate the entire pizza. Don't bother asking for delivery unless you live in Romeoville, but if you're picking up, the pizza is always ready at the promised time, never cold or delayed.
This is a great place to bring your pet for all of their health care needs, from the regular check-ups to minor health problems to emergencies. They have some extended hours here too, which is especially important to know when you're dealing with an unexpected or emergency situation. I also appreciate that the office and rooms are kept clean.
This might not be the cleanest, nicest, or largest vet's office I've seen, but it will do the job if you need to bring your pet to someone in a hurry. I brought my cat in for an unusual puncture wound to her mouth and they prescribed liquid antibiotics, but I found it strange that the vet didn't even bother to clean the surface of her wound. They could stand to be a little more thorough.
I will never forget the time I came to Saint Joseph's to have some blood drawn, and while I was waiting for the nurse, I looked down and saw dried blood all over the floor. The nurse then proceeded to give me the worst bruising I've ever gotten from having blood drawn, to the extent that I looked like I had track marks and could barely move my arm for days afterwards. I would never set foot in this place again.
Edward Hospital is simply the best hospital in the south west suburbs. It's always very clean, which is definitely one of the most important features of a hospital. I've been here for a slew of different things, from blood tests to x-rays to emergency room visits, and I've always been treated well and had test results delivered in a timely manner.
If your doctor is too busy to ever actually give you an appointment and instead sends you running all over creation to have other people collect your blood or urine samples, this is probably the most convenient place to go. The office is small and clean, and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen.
I kind of hate this particular Fedex Kinkos. If all you want to do is fax something there, go to town. But as far as any other services they provide, be prepared to wait forever for the incompetent staff to figure out what they're doing or that you're even standing at the desk, waiting to be helped. Also, they're always out of the photographic paper for the passport photo service.
Aurelios is basically the best pizza in the world, and I have no qualms about making such an emphatic claim. No matter when you get pizza here, whether you're picking it up, having it delivered, or eating in the restaurant, it is always delicious. I love the thin crust, the faintly sweet tomato sauce, and the thin layer of golden cheese.
Occassionally the pizza seems lacking in sauce, but most of the time it is delicious although a bit greasy. I like that they cut the pieces of pizza thin, so that you're not handling a massive, sloppy piece of pizza that drips grease all over your hands. Also, Nancys is really generous with mailing out unusual postcards that are coupons for $4 or $5 off your next pizza.
