I get the coupon for the oil change in the mail and it makes it almost cheaper than doing it myself. Although they will note any problems, there is never any pushiness to get it fixed there. Occasionally, there is a wait and you should probably make an appointment!

Being a woman (and mother of 3) it is always an excellent experience to be greated with courtesy when I come in. They always seem eager to help and often do so at no charge! Just the customer service ethic will keep me coming back for years. I will go to this store even if the prices happen to be a little higher than somewhere else, although I highly doubt that would happen!
Healthcrafts Beer & Wine
A few years ago, I wanted to surprise my husband with his very own beer making kit. I wandered into this store and the guy working there was SO NICE and explained in detail what it was that I needed to buy to complete the kit, even let me put down a deposit and pick it up a few days before the birthday, so that I wouldn't have to hide it. We have been back several times and always get great advice on new beers or technical support. Always an answer and great advice! Look forward to going back to get some wine started!
Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel & Conference Center
Although it is not a "luxury" hotel by far, the accomodations are fairly comfortable and the hotel is pretty nice. Customer service was great, there is an indoor pool and hot tub. I WOULD NOT recommend using this place for a Convention if you are in need of lots of space. Although there are several meeting rooms and a very large ballroom, we could not seem to find enough space for an organization as large as ours.
Old Navy
Old Navy is always a favorite! With three kids, it is nice to find trendy items at a really good price! The store is usually very clean and a great selection available.
Pediatric Dental Associates
After trying out a few different dentists, we decided on this one. The office sees only kids and is completely set up for kids. The dental chairs are all kid sized and have game boys attached! The staff is very educated in dealing with children and fears. They also accept a medical coupon, which is a huge plus for a family with no other dental care!
Jiffy Lube
I will admit that one time I lost the oil plug and these guys replaced it and filled me up with oil, but besides that, i find that even a routine oil changes is tiring here, always trying to sell you something else. I don't need to pay someone over a hundred dollars to change my air filters, I can do that myself for a LOT LESS! Keep it to oil, guys.....we don't need a sales pitch.
