Rdv Sportsplex Athletic Club
I guess RDV has to charge alot more than other gyms because of their size, but this gym is alot more expensive than many other comporable places. They do have alot of activities and different areas, but many places like the salon and such cost extra anyway. This gym is very nice and large and packed with equipment, but unless you have extra money to throw away, you can get the same workout and services for much cheaper.
PROS: Large place, large selection of activities and ammenities
CONS: Too expensive!
Fountains At Lee Vista
I moved into the Fountains apartments upon my move to Florida to rent for a year before buying a house here. The apartments are nice, but the prices they charge are outrageous. You can easily buy a house for as much as they charge for rent. In addition, they want to nickel and dime you for everything and make sure you document everything or they try to charge you for things when you move. Nice apartments to stay in temporarily if you need a place, but I wouldnt recommend for anything else.
PROS: Nice apartments, new
CONS: Too expensive!

This used to be my regular salon as I always loved the personal attention received. The salon is very nicely laid out and as stylish as a New York salon with tv monitors showing styles and nice decor. The owners of the salon work there regularly so it is a very friendly, intimate atmosphere. They also provide plenty of other services such as nails, pedicures, massages and facials.
PROS: Nice service, nice atmosphere

Coach
As another Coach fan, it is so nice to be able to visit an outlet close by to save a little bit of money on handbags and accessories. The store is quite large with plenty of merchandise. You will save an average of about 20% on their items, but when you are spending hundreds of dollars on a bag, it helps alot! A definite must visit if you are in the market for a new bag or accessory.

Cigarz At City Walk
This has to be one of the best cigar shops around, but not very convienent unless you are already at Universal Citywalk. This cigar shop has a large humidor with a huge selection of every kind of cigar you could want. They also have a bar area and tables if you want to smoke your new cigar right then and there. Nice reasonable prices and nice service by the knowledgable employees.
PROS: Large shop/ bar area
CONS: Not very convienent, unless you are already there
Smoke & Snuff
I cant say that this shop, located in the Altamonte Mall is exceptional because they are ordinary, but are quaint and convienent aside from having to go into a liquor store or grocery store for cigars. Nice selection, but store is quite small. Prices are reasonable and very comporable to any other cigar store.
PROS: Convienent location for your cigar needs
CONS: Store is small and compact.
Party City
This Halloween was the first time I had been in this Party City and was shocked to see how large the store actually was. There is alot of product in the store which makes it seem a little crowded, but they are sure to have exactly what you are looking for. Parking lot is small though with tiny spaces.
PROS: Large store, good selection.
CONS: Bad parking
Winter Park Veterinary Hosp
I treat both of my dogs as my kids and my babies so I am very particular about the vet that I take my dogs too. I received a referral to this vet by a friend and am glad that I went. The hospital is very large and is well staffed. The doctors that I have encountered are really genuine people who truly love animals and take the time in their examinations and to answer any questions that you have.
PROS: Great doctors and service
CONS: None
Behrs Chocolates Factory
I found out about Behr's due to the fact that the company I work for has used them to send corporate gifts. While Behr's doesnt have a store front, they welcome people to their location to pick up your order. All of Behr's chocolates and products are world class with great quality. Everything from the turtles which are HUGE to the chocolate covered strawberries which look like they were blasted with a growth hormone LOL they are so large!
PROS: Great and delicious products and chocolate
CONS: Prices are high, but well worth it.
Dylans Candy Bar
Dylans candy store in the Florida Mall is just an overall fun place to visit. Just to see all the colors and types of candy they have is great to browse even if you arent interested in purchasing. They have just about every type of candy you can imagine from fun novelty items to bulk candy and even a fudge bar. There is also a place for birthday parties should you have a need.
PROS: Fun place, great variety, birthday parties
CONS: None
