Calvary Presbyterian Church
We we getting married, and we needed to find #1 someone to marry us and #2 someone that would come off site to do it and #3 someone that would work with us to do premarriatal conseling. Well they are wonderful people non-judgemental at all, very open minded. If they were closer, we would probably attend the church regularly. They were recomended from a friend. But I love that they are so willing to work to accomidate everyones needs.
Andy's Family Restaurant
On Fridays and Saturdays they have Karokee, and they have good drinks! It is a good place to hang out, have a few laughs and sing with your friends. I have never eaten here, but the food looks good. I have seen the owner occasionally bus the tables, that is kinda cool, It makes me think that he doesnt think he is too good to do that kind of stuff. Everytime I have been here, I have had a really good time.
Giant Causeway Irish Pub
This is a really fun place to go on Friday night, or any night for that matter. The drinks are strong, all the bartenders are from Ireland. They food is pretty good, the usually have a dj, and it gets pretty loud, so you can go upstairs and play pool, or mingle with the crowd, or dance, or even stay at your table and socialize. I like to hang out here. It is for good times.
The Promise Family Practice
I have been seeing the Doctors here for over 10 years. It is a small office, but to me every time I go in it feels like they know me and my situation. It doesnt feel like a mass-patient clinic. I am very happy with the way I get treated. I know that they have a lot of patients but it is nice to know that they remember me when I come in.
Gray Timothy R Dds
Dr Gray has been my dentist for over 10 years, I have moved and came back and he is still the same. He has been friends with my dad that is how we came across him. But I have never had 1 cavity and never any major dental problems. He treats you like he would want to be treated and that is what makes a good dentist. He does lots of follow ups which lets you know he cares.
Jet City Espresso
This has been in renton for quite some time. It has all kinds of neat things on the walls and all over the place. It isnt a place to go if you are looking for a quick coffee, but if you are looking for a cool place to hang out, and just relax this is it. All the people there are regulars and even the employees hang out there on their off time. Everybody knows everyone. It is like a "cheers" version of a coffee shop.
Pearle Vision
I went here on a saturday to get my eyes checked, I knew I needed stronger glasses, and I was there for over an hour and half. The exam itself only took 20 minutes. The doctor was running late by almost 30 minutes. The receptionist was running late. And then when all was said and done, nobody could tell me how much my total was going to be. I had called on the Friday before and asked if they could tell me then as well and they didnt know. So then later I got a bill for close to 200.00$ I wasnt really happy.
Trendwest Resorts Nw Regional
We had unknowngly given them our info at the home show, this year, Well It sounded like not that bad of an idea just to go sit through one of their classes, or seminars. But when we decided not to go they never stoped calling us. They blocked their numbers and called as late as 9:30 at night. It was getting rediculous. We asked them not to call, we told them we were not interested and yet the continued to call. So my adcvice is be careful what you put your name on, and if you are only slightly interested, its so not worth it.
A Sharp Music Company
I went here to buy a guitar, and I was wearing old jeans and a t-shirt and I had 500.00$ cash in my pocket. Well when I asked if I could play a certain quitar, I was looked at funny by the salesman, he basically told me that they didnt have anything for me. I know it was because of my age and what I was wearing, what they didnt know is that I was ready to buy something right then and there. It was there loss not mine.
Minuteman Press
I needed some business cards for work, and the boss said to call them, and I did, they came down and saw me, they asked what I needed the designs I wanted on the cards. I wrote out what I wanted, and they had it ready within 10 days. I loved their quickness, and my cards looked great! I told the boss how easy they were to work with, so we get all of our business cards from them now.
