Wynn Las Vegas Wedding Salons
This place is a must see, we did not stay there but the mountain waterfalls are awesome. It is next to the new tower for the Venitian that is going in now, and it is across from the frontier which will be gone in a year or two for something new, and the trump condo/hotel will be behind that. This end of the strip is where it is happening right now.
Wienerschnitzel
This is a great place to get a good hot dog, I wish they had these back home. They have turkey dogs, and corn dogs if you dont like regular dogs. You can also get about anything on it you would want.
New York New York
This place is a neat site, and very swanky inside. Get a great free dinner, games, and souveneers at the ESPN zone for signing up for thier free membership. The pool is a joke, and getting in and out is not as easy as it should be. The great boardwalk games alone are worth going there for.
Excalibur
The best thing about the excalibur is the knights of the round table dinner show. It is great and much better than medievil times show. The tickets are not cheap but you can get a comp discount for gambling, and they are worth it anyway. Beware yee, the "free" photo that "comes with the show", later has a $20.00 price tag when the show is half over. Harrrrr!
The new mezanines make getting in and out easy, but it is too bad that the fire breathing dragon and merlin show had to be taken out to make way for them.
Fusia
The Luxor is a place that you have to see even if you are not staying there. If you get a chance, ride the "inclinator", which is the sideways elevator. If you have a week stomach you may not want to stay very high up. The building is an engineering marvel full of great sites and sounds and lots of activies to make your visit as much fun as possible.
Fitzgeralds Casino & Hotel
Located on Fremont, you can walk from the casino floor onto the fremont street experience. There is a Krispy Kreme in it with free WiFi. The staff were a little stiff and not as friendly as other places in Vegas, but not rude either.
M & M World
This is a neat place for kids, they have a great walk through M&M factory, and a 3 D movie. There are thousands of MMs to try and buy. I dont konw who needs some of this stuff, but there are alot of neat souveineers there. Its in a great location near lots of other attractions.
Gilley's Saloon at Frontier
This place is a rip roaring good time if you like cheap beer and stiff drinks. If your staying in the hotel they have free coupons for the drinks. Friday is Bikini mud wrestling night, every night locals get in for free, and they have an all you can drink beer special. Not to mention that ladys get free drinks if they ride the mechnical bull.
Gold Spike Hotel & Casino
This place is smokey and dirty. Our air conditioner did not work and our non smoking room was nasty. After getting a different room things were better but even for 30.00 a night it is not worth having to step over drunks and walk around prosstitutes to get to your car after dark. NO JOKE. I do have to say that the security was good, the food was decent and you cant beat the bargin. It was definately an experience!
Treasure Island At The Mirage
We went there expecting a family friendly place, but apparantly they changed this place a couple of years ago and now they are trying to appeal to binge drinking frat boys. Its not an appropirate place to take kids, not even to the Pirates show in front.
