You can find a variety of cards for every occasion. I like to go in and pick up a supply for two months at a time. I use my daily planner which was purchased there to keep track of what anniversary or birthday is coming up next. Lots of trinkets and holiday special gifts can also be found.
Shopping at Old Navy is a good experience over all. They are always very well organized and have good customer service there. There prices are always good and reasonable. They can have great stuff on clearance some time, but that area is always a mess and things there are all over the ground. And their lines are pretty long.
Sears has great electronic for good prices. I like to look at every thing they have before making a disusion on what exactly I want, and the employees are always happy to help in what ever they can. I really think that you get you money's worth there. I can even fine thing in clearance there which makes it a great buy.
Marshalls can be a good store to go to some times, it really depends on the day you happen to go. One day it can be nice and clean and the other day it well be a complete disaster and you won't be able to fined any thing. And their lines are the same thing one day long and slow the next short and fast.
Barnes & Noble is my favorite book store to go into and find the perfect book for me and every one in my family. I like the fact that you can actually sit down and read a little bit if the book before you buy it just to make sure that this is the book that I want. I like buying gift cards to give away during the holiday's.
I like target for all the bright colors and it is always well lit. I can find my girl things there and other stuff too! I can even get a cup of coffee there! Why go anywhere else?
Sam walton onced envisioned Wal marts taking the place of inner city Malls. This was the only one he built, and they never decided to continue the idea. This place is HUGE and it has everything and more than a regular walmart supercenter does. But find a good book to read at the check out. They NEVER have more than a few lines going at the check outs and people will stand there for nearly an hour. TIP- If you dont want to stand for an hour, check out at the jewelry, automotive, lawn & Garden, or Liquor departments, there is almost never a line at any of these counters, and nobody seems to know that those cash registers work just like any other.
love shopping at TJ Maxx for business and casual attire. They have a good selection of name brand ties and dress shirts and all at reasonable prices. Often times, at the end of the season, their cheap prices get slashed even further. Although I enjoy looking around, I do have to admit that this store is hit or miss. You either find tons of great deals or nothing! The store is clean, and the staff is friendly.
Dollar General is not the same everywhere but the silimarities outweight the differences. It's found in almost every town of any size in rural areas and sometimes it's the only store in town. In Dobson it competes with Family Dollar and the big grocery stores, but it has a good location acorss from the carwash on the main drag and it sells food as well as household stuff and clothes. You can run in and buy some envelopes, chewing gum and floor wax. The people who work there are local and take an interest in the store. It's clean and bright and it's been around for quite a while, outlasting other stores that have closed down.
My family does a lot of clothing shopping at Kohl's. In particular, we buy a lot of items for my wife and son. The men's clothing dept. shouldn't be overlooked, though. They have a large selection of both casual and business attire. I've gotten several dress shirts, ties, and slacks there, all of which have proven to be high quality. I've also gotten a number of casual tees and polos, which have also worn and washed well. Sales there are generally very good.
