PROS: Great location
CONS: working out is hard! No pool here either.
Cop-A-Tan
Right next to a gym, Subway and a fitness store, lay back in their tanning beds, get spray on tanning and you'll be ready to head out into the Southern California sun!
PROS: Gives a nice, natural tan
CONS: Expensive
Lindberg Nutrition Store Inc
This spot used to be a Wherehouse Music, now it's a Nutrition store. A big one too. Where once were racks of CD's you'll find pills and protien bars. Check it out and keep healthy! Subway and a tanning salon and gym are all next to it as well.
PROS: Great location
CONS: Pricy
Lakes-El Segundo Golf Course
The Lakes is a perfect spot to just head out with your club, grab a bucket of balls and practice driving ... OR you could head over to their golf course. They have a clubhouse and their course is beautiful. Minutes away from the airport too.
PROS: Minutes away from the airport, great course
CONS: By a busy street and a factory.
Tuesday Morning
Tell your mom about this place cuz she's gonna love it. It's filled with all sorts of doo-dads and knick knacks Mom's everywhere love to collect and put around their house.

Burgett Lettie Md
With a great staff of nurses and doctors this place is the best in the south bay. Drop in for a checkup or call ahead for an appointment. They are well informed, well trained doctors with contacts to the best specialists just a flight of stairs away.
PROS: Best Doctor's around
CONS: some of the best doctor's are usually booked full.
Garys Tux Shops
Guys running late on a wedding as a best man? Need a suit for the prom? Special event? Quick run out to Gary's! They'll hook you up fast so you can look spiffy in your penguin suit.
PROS: Quick service
CONS: You gotta dress up! Yuck.
Conroys Flowers
Great spot to stop by on your walk home from high school to get your sweetheart something, or on your drive home from work for your hunny. Holiday specials too! Great selection

Annies Manhattan Beach Nursery and Florist
Annie's is one of the best spots, if not THE best spot, in the South Bay to get green for your garden, plants for the house or office or just some flowers for your spouse. Also, when Christmas rolls around, they have some of the best and tallest trees around.
PROS: Great location at the top of the two major sections of the city.
CONS: Limited Parking
Fry's Electronics
As every Fry's location, this one has a theme. Get all of your tech gadgets, software, hardware or manuals while you cruise around this Tiki themed Fry's Electronics.
PROS: Have everything electronic!
CONS: The line can be long at checkout
