Two Men & A Truck

Fort Smith, AR Copying & Duplicating Service 08/01/05: 'It's ok!'

I had called these people when we moved and was informed that they would call me back with in 24 hrs. Well 3 days went by and I called them again to get my quote. They never called to give it to me like they said they would. I was NOT impressed at this time and then when they told me how much it would be , I was totally shocked. Theres no way I would use these people. Their professionalism was not good and they were very late in getting back to me!!!

We use to love to go to Emmys to eat all the time. They use do be great and very professional. Seems like their service and customer service has really gone down alot. We will not eat their anymore. It's just not what it use to be, back in the late 90's it was great and I even had my wedding reception there.
Sure hope that it gets better until it does we won't be going back!

Ace Hardware

Fort Smith, AR Hardware Stores 08/01/05: 'Good Customer Service!'

This Ace Hardware have great customer service! The only thing thats really bad is that their store is small. When you walk in there is so much stuff and there's not that much room for you to even turn around ! I have found myself going to other ACE store just because of this. When you shop you need to be able to see all the products and this looks like everything is just crambed in there! I sure hope they can do something about this. I would rather go to this one the the other ACE stores.

Fort Smith, AR Animal Hospitals - Fort Smith, AR Veterinarians 08/01/05: 'A GREAT PLACE FOR ANY ANIMAL!'

We have used these people for years and Dr. Blount & Dr. Burd are very caring people. You can tell right off that they do care about the animals and they make you feel very special also. They are a little more expensive but if you ever have animal that needs surgery--Dr. Burd is the best!! They don't just take care of dogs & cats but a whole range of animals!!
I won't take my animals anywhere else!!!!!!

Treadway Body Shop Inc

We have had to use Treadway to get a car fix and they were very professional! We have always done business with them. Wayne Treadway (now deceased) who use to own it - was a wonderful person and you can tell that he had taught his employees to be profession to their customers! I grow up knowing them, since they use to live across the street and they are really wonderful people!

Pain Medicine/Management

Little Rock, AR Pain Management 07/01/05: 'Dr. Chris Mocek--Pain Management'

Christopher K. Mocek is a Pain Medicine/Management specialist. I met him over 5 years ago while I was living in Little Rock, AR. This was shorty after I had back surgery, due to a ruptured disc.
He has a WONDERFUL bed side manner and he a very caring person. He has been able to help me control my pain with meds and then later I have a NEURO-STIMULATOR, put in be his recommendations.
He is not the type of doctor that will just give you ANY medication and get you hooked on it. He is very conservitive when he come to dispencing meds.
He is a very spiritual man as well. I was having some out patient surgery and the minister was not there. So he instead said a prayer for me , with my husband & I. I was TOTALLY SHOCKED!
Come to find out he does ministry with some of the people who go the UALR . He is a very giving person and does his best to make sure that the patient is taken care of!! But most of all he listens, alot of doctors today don't do that , but this man does and that says alot to me!!!
He has now been my doctor for over 5 years and I would continue to go to him as long as I need to.
