I have dealt with two pshychiatrists at this location. I have never felt more uncomfortable at a Dr.'s appointment. I was asked very vague questions. then I was prescribed several types of medication. I was there to talk about my problems, and I did for about 5 minutes. Then I was prescribed pills for depression and sleep disorders. I didn't feel comfortable with the first Dr, so I asked to switch. Only, to be prescribed different pills. I then swithched locations to try another Dr., and you guessed it, more pills. I would definitly clarify the type of services that you are looking for.
There are very few apartments like Four Horizons. They are perfect for a college student, or a bachelor. They are quad apartments. You have your own room. Then you share the kitchen and bathrooms with the other 3 people in your quad. Privacy, is not an issue most residents semmed to stay to themselves. The rent is rather low. I believe that they rent fro around $350 per month. Four Horizons is walking distance from UNLV. This in itself makes it perfect for college students.I'm sure that the dorm prices are substantially higher than what is offered here. It's worth a stop by.
I have taken my dog to Petsmart several times. They have pretty good prices on their stock of dog food and toys. What impressed me was their grooming facility within the store. It was rather low priced, around 40$. They do a really good job on all types of hair lengths. The staff is very helpful throughout the grooming process. They also give your dog a little treat bag for being a good little pup. My dog has also come home with several decorative bandanas. These are really cute around the holdays, as they are personalized for each holiday. I have had nothing short of a pleasurable experiences with Petsmart.
It's a giant pyramid with the world's brightest light shining out of the top. OK, there are rooms in the tower, too, but the pyramid is pretty cool. The Luxor has a great pool area with 5 swimming pools, most with a whirlpool or two adjoining. Our room, on the west side of the pyramid, looked out over the pool (nice) and a parking structure (not so nice), and beyond to the mountains (very nice, especially at sunset). The Oasis Spa is a paradise and well worth some of your hard-earned (or won) money. This picture is of the Attractions Level, where you'll find a few shops, the I-MAX theater, a huge video arcade, a food court, and -- due to be completed later in 2003 -- a wedding chapel.

This wonderfull place will make your kids happy. Rustic old western town (with melodrama ) , petting zoo, train ride, neat restaurant (try the Wrangler breakfast ) make for a delightfull day. They have alot of attraction's that the kids love, and enough to satisfy adults as well. The only downfall is the drive out there. The heat is quite overwhelming,so make sure you bring plenty of fluid's for the trip and make sure your car's air conditioner is in good condition.
My mouth was watering when I took the self-guided tour of this factory, where everything from chewy caramels to crunchy nut clusters roll off the assembly line. After the Tour is done they offer an array of delectable free samples, and the tour end's at the gift shop where you can buy your favorites to take home. After you get your fill of the candy, you can walk through the 2.5-acre garden packed with hundreds of different cacti and other desert flora.
Cima's is well recognized here in Las Vegas. They have their low prices, painrted all over their building. When it came time to purchase new mattresses and a couch, we chose Cima's. The staff was not very helpful. The prices on their coches were extremely high. The owner even tried to sell us a torn couch for $300.00. Needles to say, we didn't purchase the couch. However, we did purchase the beds offered i their sales. They are rebuilt matresses. The twin beds have worked out great, although the $70.00 beds, quickly turned into $140.00 sets. Any size larger is not worth it. They are uncomfortable and constantly fall off the bedframe. If you ever drive past here, take my advice and keep driving.
This has got to be one of the nicest night time attractions. It is a rather recent attraction. They have turned Fremont Street into a mini-mall. They have all types of venders and markets there. They are constintly having some kind of event to draw people downtown. You can also enter all of the old favorite casino's. At night, comes their best concept yet. you are visually entertained with dancing light shows, all throughout the night.
During christmas, Santa even takes a trip down to Fremont Street. It is amazing to see what has been done to Downtown Las vegas. It is definitly a beautiful addition to our city.
This has got to be one of the best places to take your children. They offer all kinds of things for children to do. They have go carts and bumper boats. They also have an arcade and many more activites for smaller children to play also. The do have a per ride charge, but they also offer a day pass. That is truley the bargain. All the kids seem to pick the go carts as a favorite attraction. They also have mini remote controlled boat races, these are fun just to watch. All fun things to do on a Las Vegas afternoon.
