I took my daughter to this dentist and had a horrible experience. He doesn't allow parents back even with small children. He basically "yelled" at me regarding the care of my child's teeth and then called me a liar. I would not recommend this dentist for anyone especially children.
Book Rack
I really love books. This is a wonderful little store with a great owner. She is very knowledgeable and can find you what you are looking for. I am very impressed with the selection of such a small store in the little town of Ocoee.
Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival
This is a great festival that includes a huge variety of art. I love taking my family to the festival so they can be exposed to many new types of media. It is very crowded and many of the item are on expensive side but well worth it.
Computer Repair Service
We have had our computer repaired by this little shop many times. They always find the problem and fix it quickly. We have never lost any of our data and we continue to go back to them as repeat customers. Prices are reasonable also.
Queens Nails 2
This is a great little nail place with the best prices in town. They have given me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. They really know how to pamper a woman.
Yellow Dog Eats
This is a wonderful little restaurant tucked back in old Gotha. The owner is always there and soooo funny. They have lots of great nick-nacks to purchase. Many people sit outback on the porch. It is great place for kids. They have a chocolate/banana sandwich that is to die for.
Savers
If you are looking for a goog bargain and are willing to shop this is a great place. I have found amazing bargain for almost nothing. I try to get there early in day to get the first pick. They have several great sales throughout the year where everything is 50% off. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful
Conoley Citrus
They are only open part of the year but we count down the days each year until the open. it is a great family run business. They have a grea program where you buy 12 juices and you get the 13th one free. They have fresh OJ but also grapefruit & tangerine juice too. I just love the tangerine. They are wonderful at accomodating you if you call ahead to reserve some juice. They also sell lost of great fresh citrus. The best is the honey tangelos. I can't keep my kids from eating them :)
Parramore House Cafe
Good food and great service. The only restaurant in Windermere. It has gone thru several different owners but the quality stays the same. Wonderful and romantic. Makes a great date night if you are in the area and don't want to go far from home. They are open for lunch too.
West Orange 5
Although this is an older theater it does serve its purpose. They have a great family room that you can reserve. You can buy dinner and watch a movie while in a sound proof booth so that you kids an get up and move around if needed. It is only available for one of the movies so you need to call ahead to make sure it is the one you want to see. This solves the issue to needing to get out of the house when you can't find a babysitter or have a small infant.
