This is a great place to take your family. It's free, and the animals are great! I personally think it is better then the MN zoo. You can see the animals better at this zoo as well.

When I had this gas/electric company, I was pretty pleased.

Fairview Clinics-Burnsville
Delivered my 2nd child here. They are pretty good overall. They have a menu type meal plan which allows you to pick you meals and to call in and have it delivered when ever you want. No more little meals and awful times. They allow you to pick as much food as you want; which is needed after delivering a baby.

Shakopee City of Public Utilities
If i could choose my gas and electric carrier if defenitly would not be with xcel. They make your payments due early in the month, and are not willing to change it at all. Normally we get paid a few days after the bill is due, and because of this, if you are on their payment program, they will kick you off of it. We were told if we were even a day late we would be kicked off, and then they don't even want to put you back on. Very lousy customer service, and very expensive as well.

Northwestern Book Store
I love this store! They have not only books and bibles, but also cds, dvds, gifts, paintings, kids stuff, and tons of other stuff. If you are looking for something Christian/religious this is the place to go. It is also a great place to buy gifts as well.
The store also has a calendar of activities that go on thoughtout the month..many are family activities.

Air Traffic Kites & Games
If you are into games of all sorts, this is a good place to go. Not only do they offer games to buy, but they also have times set up to come in and play with others as well. Although most of the games they have to play in store are roleplaying type games.

Duffys Auto Service
The people here at this gas station/service station are soo great. It is a family owned business, and they seem to care about the customer. They offer discounts such as full service for women on certain days..but you only pay self service prices. Also they are pretty good about prices to get your car fixed, as well as honest.

If you want a great doctor for you child, then this is the place to be. We love our children's doctor. She is a very at your level kind of doctor. She also cares much about the family as she does each patient. She is a very personal doctor, will listen to your concerns and work with you in all matters.

CONS: if you are not near brooklyn park, it's quite a drive.
Kids Hair
Took my 2 year old son here recently. Was pretty good visit. The hair stylists are used to working with young children, so they know what to do. They do a pretty good job cutting hair. The only downfall is they are a bit pricey.

Amoco Food Shop
Recently when I visited this store to get a paper for $1.75, they wouldn't let me use my visa bank card, stating it was not enough to use the card. But then you can go in there and by a drink for less then a $1 and use the card. Also another time I was in there, I was looking through the paper to make sure all the ads were in them, that i wanted and needed. I looked through a few different papers, and was planning on buying all the papers if they had what I wanted in them. The cashier turns to me and says "your not taking things out of one paper to put into another one are you?" This was said very nasty, and very accusing. I wasn't even thinking of doing what he was saying...I do not steal. I thought the customer service at this station was very rude and uncalled for. I don't know if I will shop here again.
