Breen Brothers Towing
Breen was towing a car in front of Shop Rite on Richmond and Forest Aves. yesterday. The driver was the rudest man ever. His truck was blocking the entire parking lot area. I was trying to get through and he starts shouting racial slurs at me and expletives. Then he sped through the parking lot while towing a car! These guys should be run out of business. They are reckless and rude!
La Garderie Day Care
Paint chipping. Broken gate. Not the inviting space you might want to look into for your child's first voyage to child care. I also wonder if they are short staffed. The person who answered the phone claimed to be one of the teachers. Go figure! Expensive for the likely quality of care.
Staaten Caterers
beautiful! good location! ample parking! a great place to have a big event. a real family place since its family owned. it doesn't get better than li greci's!
Wal-Mart
Not a supersenter as the grocery area is only a few aisles big. Still, this Walmart is awesome! Good amount of parking. Staff could be more friendly but other than that there is always a bargain to be had at this walmart!
Target Optical
First I have to say I love the dollar spot. Aside from the sparse clothing and accessories sections, Target has a great housewares section and an awesome electronics area. Ample parking. Close to all major highways. Great prices and the store is well kept. Love the clearance stuff too!
party jungle
small but adequate. good parking. a good place for a playrgroup or party for children 5 and under. all in all a nice place and seemed clean. it is deep into staten island but it might just be worth the travel time.
Silver Hanger Cleaners Ii
This cleaners is friendly. Always gets out stains. They finish alterations ahead of time usually and they even pressed my pants free after hemming them. The prices cant be beat. $6 for a suit, $3 for pants. There is parking in front in the lot and the women at the counter are very nice and helpful!
Best Buy
My husband and I could wander around this store for hours. Great selection and great prices. They even have a Rewards Club and a credit card. Far better selection than other local electronics stores. Good appliances and computer departments. Helpful staff and friendly and good parking available. Overall a pretty good store!
Toys R Us
Other Toys R US stores have way more to offer. Still, being th eonly real toy store around you don't have much of a choice. When there are sales, the prices are great. The parking is good and if only you could find someone to help you find things it would be a great store. The problem is that it is too overstuffed with items and the staff doesnt put things back after lazy customers move them out of place. The clearance priced items are phenomenal!
Babies R Us
I love this store! I could spend hours there pouring over baby items. There are classes and workshops availale. The parking is adequate. The bathrooms are always clean and there is a nursing/diaper changing room available. There is also a Kiddie Kandids potrait studio in the store. The staff is great especially athe baby registry and htey are very helpful. Free gift wrap!!! Great clothing!
