going in to eat as their drive thru is horribly slow and of course their hot ham and cheese are forever cold in the middle. Their fountain pop (Mr. Pibb) taste horrible as if not enough syrup, this has been brought to their attention twice yet they still haven't addressed the issue.
isn't bad but the service is so horrible it ruins your dining experience. I am amazed they are still open with the way their customers are treated second rate. I could not recommend this place to anyone. Such a shame when you are out late and stop in here for a snack and you are treated this way.
The emplyees are not the friendliest but not the worst either. The store is very cluttered and dirty. I have been in there several times and each time I have to wait for a cashier to finally come up to the register to check us out. That is once they finish emptying the box that they are stocking on the shelf. Customer service is definatly not there strong suit.
work on my vehicle several times and I was pleased with the work each time.The only problem I have is the hourly rate charge, you get charged it whether there was a full hour or only a half hour of labor is done. I didn't appreciate that. I sat there while they fixed the car it took a total of 20 minutes to complete the job and they charged me the full hour. So I will not be returning to them for hourly jobs, only simple things like oil changes, and purchasing tires.
The staff is wonderful and friendly. Both dentist are very good and we are pleased with their work. The atmosphere is truly relaxing and up to date. Their prices are just to high, a bit ridiculous actually.
These were my docs. I called them for 4 days straight to make an appointment or to get meds to offset my illness, before I ended up in the hospital. They finally called and said they called in a Prescription for me, yet in reality they didn't. So I called them back...its been 2 weeks and they have yet to return my call. Needless to say I have new doctors.
We use Alfa insurance and just received a new agent. His name is Charles Day and he has done a great job with us so far. Beckey Martin is in customer service and she is a doll. They are happy to answer any questions you have.
To find their food was so bad. It was very very watered down and the service left alot to be desired. The place always looked busy so I figured it was good food. I was totally shocked. I would never recommend them to anyone. They do offer a customer appreciation card. One stamp for every adult meal over $5.00 once you filled up the slots (6 of them) you can turn the card in on gifts they have.
The staff is wonderful and always willing to go out of their way for you. They atmosphere is great and the place is always clean. The sandwiches could use more meat on them but the taste is wonderful.
The service at CiCi's is wonderful. They really act like they want your business. I like their frequent buffet cards they offer. The staff seems so friendly and make it a point to pay attention to your kids. That makes a huge difference.
