I developed allergy problems when I moved to Utah and went to this clinic to see what they could do. They ran full tests and were able to provide me with some recommendations and assistance. I also was able to call them upon having an allergic reaction and they fit me in right away. I would recommend them - great doctors and nurses.
I made the mistake of visiting this store and almost threw my whole budget out the window because there were so many things that I wanted to buy! They have the latest trends in scrapbooking and in paper products. Just remember that you can come back and buy more later.
Roberts is a great craft store. They always have 40% coupons each week in the paper so you usually want to try it out at least once a week. I was able to stock up on all of my scrapbooking supplies little by little. They have a wide selection of everything craft related and I felt the sales people were more helpful than they are at Michaels.
Cougar Copy is a frequent visitng place for many college students. I always liked it because it was within walking distance of my apartment and campus and closer than the local Kinkos. Many teachers have their stuff printed here - so you pretty much have to know where it is if you live in Provo!
I was very dissapointed with the year that I had a lease at this apartment complex. When I signed up, there was a pool/hot tub and gathering area. When I moved in that fall - something had happened and they had torn everything down. I was upset that my main reasons in living there were gone! It was very frusrating. Management was hard to deal with and the apartments in my opinion were pretty junky. I moved out when my lease was over to a place that cost $10 more a month but was 10 times better!
I attended BYU for my undergraduate degree and loved the education I received and the time I spent there. The university is quite large (30,000 students) but as you get into your program of choice, the class sizes decrease and you really get the education that you are looking for! There are rules that you have to follow so you have to be aware of that before you attend.
I had a coupon from my entertainment book and took it in and they wouldn't accept it because it was a household item. It didn't mention that on the coupon and if it had, I would have found another deal. They did a good job cleaning my comforter but I was frustrated that it cost me more money than I was planning on.
We had Americans come out and clean our carpet for us after our puppy completely trashed our front room. The carpet looks great now! It's still not perfect but I was very impressed with how much nicer it looks. And the price was right!
The Old Brick House is tucked away off of Main Street in Mesa. They probably had the cutest furniture of all the stores that I have been to in Mesa. But the prices just weren't always working for me. I don't think they are any more expensive than other stores though. I was impressed with the selection and how comfortable a lot of their items were. Plus the store covers three levels!
I loved a lot of the furniture in this store but it was a shock to me when I looked at the price tag. I thought when it said it was a "discount" place that the price would be reflected. I do know people that have gotten great deals here but only because they know the owners. Maybe that's why the price has to be raised for the rest of us!
